We are thrilled to see that you had such an enjoyable stay and that your entire family felt well in the family room.Our WiFi codes only provide access for a maximum of 3 devices and it is a very good point that this is not sufficient for a family of 4. I regret that we did not take this into account when checking in. We will change the procedure for families and provide 2 codes if we have rooms with more than 3 guests.
