“Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. ”

“The pocket door in our room was SO squeaky and loud. Our room layout was cool, but the bathroom felt kind of dirty. Breakfast was chaos and it was upsetting that they ran out of everything 10 minutes prior to the conclusion of breakfast and nothing was restocked.”

“The installation is not well maintained also you have to ask for towels at the front desk, I requested the trash to be removed from my room and the housekeeping response was that I don't have room service that day if I want the trash to be removed do it by myself myself which wasn't a problem but she doesn't want to give me extra bags”

“I only stayed for one night and I checked in late but this hotel is really clean and beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff were all so welcoming and accommodating and I’ll definitely be back! There’s a lot of great restaurants and entertainment in the area as well as a big supermarket close by. I highly recommend this one!!”

“The room and hotel was filthy. The room was very spacious but looked as if it had not been cleaned in a month. There was hair (we all know the kind I speak of) in the shower and on the shower toiletries. Dust everywhere….and unfortunately the staff was not very warm. Many of the staff had family and what I assume were significant others around while they were working. For instance went to the front to get some towels for the pool and was told I had to wait so she could help her brother. We were...
