“The lobby was clean and updated. Seemed like the common areas need more work. There was damage throughout the common areas but I was told they were in the process of renovating. The rooms were okay. They were clean for the most part but the walls needed to be washed, especially in the bathroom. the room were dated. The door to the room was poorly measured. You could see a gap all the way around and enough light leaking through from the hallway you didn't need a nightlight. which would concern me...

“Despite having a specific room booked 10+ days in advance, the hotel staff called me a few hours before check in to inform me that the room had been overbooked. They asked to call me back so they could see what they could do. They didn't call back. After an hour, I called them and was asked to wait for their call which would be in a few minutes. They didn't call back. I had traveled from out of state and began to panic a bit of not having an accommodation large enough for the family. I called...

“The room was very clean and well supplied. Breakfast was good, about what you would expect from a hotel property. My only complaint was that my mattress in my room was absolutely horrible. It was lumpy and uncomfortable.”
