“機械式のチェックイン・チェックアウトなので、オープンなフロントはない。また、Webサイトも無いため、初めての宿泊では戸惑う。 ホテル到着時、文字も読めず、どうして良いかわからず困っていたら、スタッフ（する番？）の方が出てきて、チェックイン手続きをしてくれました。 部屋の中はオンドルで暖かく、清潔です。冷蔵庫やキッチン、自動洗濯機、ポット、WiFi、テレビがあります。広いです。 バスタブはなく、シャワーしかありませんが、安価なので、十分です。 すぐ脇にスーパーもあり、飲食店やコンビニは近くにたくさんあります。 天帝滝には歩いて五分くらい、とても便利でした。”

“The hotel is near the ICC about five minutes walking..the staff is friendly and kind they have a unique concept of the guest...the rooms are really clean everyday they will clean the room and change the towels...you just can love this hotel and the people inside...I suggest if you arrive in the airport to take the 600 airport limousine bus and stop to the ICC.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Josun. From the moment we pulled up our car, someone greeted us and help us bring in our luggage. For the money that we paid, we expected the room to be newer/nicer. Room needed a refresh - wall had tape on it to seal up possible marks or cracks, paint was peeling off and areas were yellow. “スタッフの方が非常にフレンドリーな対応で、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。客室はキレイなのはもちろんトイレにウォシュレットが付いていて良かったです。VISAタッチで乗れるバス停が目の前にあり、空港からのアクセスも良かったです。近くにコンビニも2軒あり、目の前のレストランではお刺身のセット？が食べれたし、立地も良かったです。”
