“Somehow, between San Francisco and Johannesburg, my largest piece of luggage cracked. The facilities guy came up, took a look, went back and got supplies and sat there with me for 20 minutes to make sure my luggage was secure for the rest of my travels. Also, I really enjoyed my dinner at the hotel restaurant.”
