Non importa quale stagione, North Conway, New Hampshire è un invito sia per il divertimento e relax. Situato all'interno delle White Mountains, Eagle Ridge è una bella comunità condominio privato con piscina stagionale e campi da tennis, sci di fondo, e una vista che è come nessun altro.

Il condominio è di 3 camere, 2 bagni (vedi descrizione sotto). Condo comprende anche una cucina completa, soggiorno / sala da pranzo, terrazza privata e lavatrice / asciugatrice situato nel condominio La camera matrimoniale è una suite con cabina armadio e bagno privato. Questa è una unità al 2 ° piano con TV a schermo piatto aggiornato (soggiorno e 2 camere da letto), lettore Blu-Ray / DVD, TV via cavo e Wi-Fi.

Il condominio è stagionalmente climatizzato: ognuna delle 3 camere da letto ha un'unità di aria condizionata portatile da 10.000 BTU che sfoga verso l'esterno. Ogni unità può coprire 400 SQ FT di area. Il modello di climatizzazione portatile è Honeywell MN10CES. Queste unità sono memorizzate nel condominio e saranno messe in atto per i mesi estivi.

La regione delle White Mountains nel New Hampshire ha tutto. Il condominio è a pochi minuti da sci, trekking, nuoto aree, grande sala da pranzo, e naturalmente ... outlet.

Per i bambini: Story Land si trova a soli 12 minuti di distanza. Sant'a Village e Clarks Trading Post sono solo 1 ora di distanza.

Per lo sciatore: Cranmore Mountain e Attitash sono entro 15 minuti del condominio. Si tratta di meno di un'ora di Bretton Woods, Wildcat e Black Mountain. Un po 'più di un'ora per sciare a Domenica River, ME!

Great room close to several hikes near the white mountains, bed was comfortable, I did not realize when booking that the stay did not include towels and linens, other then that was a great stay. I would suggest that it be noted more visibly in the listing.

Fall Foliage

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s condo. The views were spectacular from the deck. It is a quiet neighborhood and very private. The property had all the amenities of home and very comfortable. Check-in process was smooth and easy. Communication was great with prompt response to questions. The area provided much to do with shopping, good restaurants, and many opportunities to see the fall colors. We hope to return again with the family. Thank you for sharing your home!

Perfect Paradise with stunning views!

This condo was a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation or a busy one--your choice. Once you arrive though, you may never want to leave. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck. The view was beautiful and the chairs were high so the railing did not impede your view. (Would love to know where to purchase these chairs!) Upgraded inside with top-of-the line appliances, televisions, comfy couches, etc. Lots of storage. Just perfect. It wasn't a big deal at all to bring our own sheets and make the beds and bring our own towels. We will definitely return in the future.

Amazing View, Comfort of Home

ant to start by saying that I was initially worried about the location so close to the woods, fearing it might have that damp, musty smell I've encountered in other North Conway rentals. Thankfully, those concerns were completely unfounded. The place was incredible—immaculately clean and wonderfully comfortable. One feature I really appreciated was not needing a physical key; I can't tell you how many keys I’ve lost over the years. The entry process was seamless. I also loved that each bedroom had phone chargers; it's such a thoughtful addition. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and all the appliances were in excellent condition. Having both a coffee pot and a Keurig was a great bonus, and the washer and dryer made me wish I had new ones at home! The location was ideal, just a short distance from all the local attractions. Plus, the TVs were all smart TVs—just a reminder to log out before you leave! The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bunk beds were quite sturdy. Just a heads up: you will need to bring your own bedding and towels, but that wasn’t an issue for me. Parking is conveniently located right across from the condo entrance. The area is peaceful and quiet, and the view from the back deck is absolutely stunning. I would definitely stay here again! I didn’t need to reach out to the owner during my stay, but I’m sure he would have responded promptly if I had any questions. Thanks for the great stay. My kids and myself loved your place.

Perfect stay in the middle of everything

Our party of 3 adults and 1 child absolutely loved our stay here! The place was spotless and cozy. We were so close to everything we wanted to do (living shores aquarium, shopping in north conway, and swimming holes). The deck was also beautiful with comfortable chairs and an amazing view. Definitely would stay here again when we are up north! Thank you Mark from some fellow Rhode Islanders!

Simply Amazing Place to Stay!

The condo was perfect and exactly as described, clean and well maintained. The views were stunning of Cathedral Ledge and White Horse Ledge right from the balcony. The entire process from check in to check out was almost too easy! Owner was very informative about the area and very prompt with answers to our many questions. We also enjoyed walking around the property and the pool. We didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Nice condo with a beautiful view

The condo was great. Neat and clean with a well stocked kitchen. The view from the deck is beautiful. Our only issue is that we did not know that linens were not included so we had to make a quick trip to Wal-Mart. It was stated in one of the emails but I think it should be stated in the main description as most VRBOs include linens.

Gorgeous view!!

We absolutely loved our stay! My children did not want to leave and loved waking up to the gorgeous mountain view. It definitely made for extra work having to bring sheets and towels but we enjoyed it otherwjse!!

The perfect place to stay!

Inside, the condo was impeccably clean and well laid out. Communications with the owners was a breeze. The location was great. It was close enough to everything to be convenient, but elevated just enough to feel away from it all. The pool was excellent. We were in it everyday. The highlight was the mountain view. We could have spent even more time just sitting there overlooking the mountains while having coffee in the morning or while gazing at the stars at night. We highly recommend this property. We will look to stay there again in the future.
