“ Stayed here for my last week on a month long solo trip. Took a while to check in. You have to pre-check in first on a link, and take a picture of your passport. On check in day, you have to take a selfie of yourself to match your passport photo. It kept denying me saying faces dont match. Really frustrating after 20 minutes of trying. First impression was the house is really small. If you're planning to rent for a group, I would say 4 people would be max. The dining/tv area is really tight....

It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...
