“Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold.”

“Their laundry was broken when we arrived and when we called the front desk about it they didn’t look into it. The staff will not clean your room unless you request it. When we called the front desk for more towels they did not come and give us any.”

“Cheryl was super helpful at check-in! Lincoln was great when I had an issue! The guy at the bar; I think his name was Val or something was rude! I definitely would NOT stay here again! If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, by all means make that reservation. The hotel is very conveniently located and there’s an ABC store on the corner. You can walk to the beach and the Ala Moana Center in less than 5 minutes!”

“部屋に入った瞬間のヨットハーバーの景色は素晴らしかったです 夕日や夜景も最高です トイレやシャワーの水圧は問題無し キッチンの設備や調理器具等も整っていますが 使い始めに洗いが必要なものもありました 初めはありますが補充がないので 4泊以上ならシャンプー、トイレットペーパーは持参する事お勧めします コーヒーフィルターはあり コーヒー、砂糖、ミルク、塩、胡椒等なし 割箸、ラップは次回持参しようと思います イリカイの立地や雰囲気が好きで毎回利用します 静かに過ごせて、交通の便もよくワイキキやアラモアナにもすぐ行けます 今回、ホノルル国際空港からザバスのダブルラインでワイキキまで行きました 30分くらいで3ドルで行けます 駅入り口にHOLOカードの販売機があり、日本語での対応もできるので是非、チャレンジして旅の思い出にしてほしいです”
