“This was an apartment in downtown Honolulu, not the greatest location for families. The unit was a good size, but sound traveled through the walls and it was an older building. The kitchen was well equipped, but some extras like paper towel would have been helpful. Only stayed one night , was comfortable enough.”

“I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 ”
