Hotel vicino a Iolani Palace - Honolulu

“Carlo was amazing when we were having breakfast and dinner. He was constantly helping us out and making sure that our meal experience was excellent. Nalu at the front desk was constantly helping us with places to go and see. He was also super kind when we were checking in. Both of these guys were an excellent reason why will use the hotel in the future.”

“The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. ”

“First the good: location was just a 5min walk to Don Quixote, short drive (8min) to the cruise port and close to lots of bus stops. The staff was friendly and was able to accomodate our request for a late check out. They offered $5 breakfast that was quite hardy and tasty. Now the bad: This was rated as a 3 star hotel so I expected it to be on par with a Hampton Inn. Especially since the pictures made the place look quite decent and it has good reviews. Instead this felt closer to a motel....

“We had the most amazing stay at the Outrigger Reef. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurants and bars were great the food and drinks were delicious and our room was like nothing I had ever seen before. It truly was a dream come true. We are already planning our return for next year and a stay at the outrigger will be the first thing we book!”
