“Front desk staff was most helpful and courteous. Could have had more variety for breakfast buffet, avocado toast was not toasted, fruit selection not refilled or local. Dinner was surprisingly good. Fish and chips excellent. Bed too soft, lack of cabinets or shelves, bathtub stopper broken.”

“Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff.”

“The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. ”

“So this property is advertised on Expedia very nicely. What they don’t tell you is that the parking sucks. Having traveled by myself; I didn’t appreciate that as the parking lot that I ended up in was across the street next to the red lobster. The one right next door that they advertised was not available. This was especially frustrating when on the very first night this caught me by surprise and I didn’t get any help from the receptionist as he had hip surgery and could not walk down. Also need...

“The property appeared clean overall, my only concern was during my check-in on May 1st. When I arrived, there was an individual in the lobby who appeared to have very poor hygiene. The lobby area had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I was concerned for my health as the individual was coughing and leaning over service counter. I didn't want to approach the counter after, but thankful for the lady that was working, she sanitizes the whole area before serving me. I was on a weekend layover and needed...

“I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket.
