Hotel vicino a Iolani Palace - Honolulu

“Room was adequate. Very modern, tv excellent, coffee shop supurb,restaurant very good. Location perfect to explore the city, close to water, queen's palace, old court house, Chinatown, modern art museum. Lots of small eating restaurants of various ethnic groups, bus service close. People at hotel were wonderful. Close to port, almost walking, if you are cruising.”

“This hotel is very outdated. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The carpet had pink stains on it. The tv is not able to be seen from the bed. It is in a separate sitting area. The couch was super old and very uncomfortable - you had to sit on the very ends or you sunk in. The chair was also very dirty and stained. Luckily we were only here one night. ”

“It was a beautiful six night seven days stay the atmosphere is amazing it is right in the middle of Waikiki and walkable to anything you needed to get to. The staff were amazing the room was clean and daily cleaned by housekeeping. The outdoor pool was on the 5th floor where the gym was and it's absolutely breathtaking fuse complimented the hotel as a whole”

“Noisy. Heard the elevators all night. Complained to the front desk manager & didn’t receive a callback, Complained again to the manager upon checkout.. she replied, “unfortunately our elevators are loud.” Requested a bath mat from housekeeping & received a floor towel instead. We did have a nice dinner at Signature Steakhouse.”

“ワイキキからは距離があるが、アラモアナショッピングプラザ徒歩圏内でワイキキ寄りに比べると宿泊費も抑えめで、ザバスやワイキキトロリーのバス停がすぐそばなので移動にもすごく便利。 何よりワイキキトロリー利用するなら朝イチ便だけではあるが始発バス停近くなので確実に座れる。 次回もまた利用したい。”

“I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 ”

“Outrigger Reef was fantastic. Room was very large and had great views of Diamondhead and the ocean. Pool area is very nice with a bar/grille and plenty of space for everyone. Live music every night. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Walking distance from many great restaurants and the center of Waikiki. Highly recommend Outrigger Reef for anyone heading to Waikiki.”
