“This place is beautiful, clean with an amazing panoramic view!! It felt like a second home. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances etc A beautiful rainbow appeared right in front of the balcony. Loved it!! I would stay here again. ”

“Very nice place to stay! Everyone is friendly! The food at Sera was excellent and so was the service- we had a great waitress. We had a washer and dryer in our room which was very convenient. The pool area was nice and the bartender was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay- close waln to the Ala Moana shopping mall with an ABC store and food court. ”

“The condo itself was wonderful. Comfortable bed and in a great location. However the balcony is not small. It is tiny! And because they are working on it, we had no access to it. We couldn’t even open the door to it. There were instructions to operate the TV and get live programs. That didn’t work. The only way to watch virtually anything was to sign in to your own apps. We also tried to mirror our phones with the TV. That didn’t work either. ”

“Room looked to be clean when we first showed up then soon after getting our first meal for the day and coming back to the hotel. We find roaches everywhere on the floor, the wall, and even the fridge. We were even worried if any got into our suitcase because there was a time when we found a roach on our luggage. Don’t get me wrong we had fun but not because of the hotel. Hawaii is amazing just that this hotel definitely was the downside to the trip.”

“Hotel was clean. Pool was nice. Little sitting cabana area was nice. Loved the art work and atmosphere. Staff were so friendly. Daily room cleans. I’d stay here again in a heart beat. ”

“when i arrived, the main room light did not work. the coffee machine did not work. the bathroom sink stopper did not work. the dvd player kept opening and closing. the staff was attentive and promptly fixed any needs i had. it was just a downer to show up and see so many things not working.”

“There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! ”

“I felt very neglected. Stay was 8 nights with no services. Not even towel changes or amenities like conditioner, toilet paper &, lotions. No garbage bags. Rusty ice bucket. Wish I knew it was an air B&B before i arrived. Would have not booked it! Basically ruined our volleyball tournament/ family vacation 😢 ”
