50 m² house facing East-South-West equipped with: - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed (thick, firm mattress), a dressing room, a ceiling fan, mosquito nets on the windows, bed linen provided, and an adjoining terrace. A travel cot can be set up with bed linen and a changing table. - 1 shower room with toilet, washing machine, sink with mirror, hairdryer, and bath towels provided. Soap, toilet paper, and laundry detergent are not included. A bar of soap, a roll of toilet paper, and two laundry detergent tablets are provided for your arrival. Beach towels are provided. - 1 living room with: • 1 fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator/freezer, oven, halogen hob, sink, coffee maker, frying pan, saucepan and all necessary cooking utensils, as well as a kettle and toaster. • 1 dining table and chairs. • 1 living room with two sofa beds with thick, firm mattresses that can be used as a 180/190x80 cm sofa bed, linens provided, ceiling fan, windows and French doors allowing for good air circulation and opening onto the terrace. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. - A 60 m² stone terrace with two pergolas, including: • An outdoor kitchen with sink, gas griddle, dishwasher, and dining table • A lounge area with sofa and sun loungers. - A terraced garden with sea and village views. - A parking space for a ATV. It is not possible to drive directly to the house, but parking is available along the road before the cul-de-sac leading to the house (as shown in the photo). The house is located 400m from the beach, 1km from the hospital and port, and 1.5km from grocery stores.

Possibility of lovely paths and roads for walking and running right from the house.

The entire house is equipped with windows and French doors with integrated mosquito nets and is treated every three months by professionals to prevent small animals! (centipedes, scorpions, etc.)
