“Overpriced for the quality of the room. It was clean-ish, had an odd odor, tiny tv with no remote, breakfast is included is the basic cereal/toast/waffle maker-no other hot food served.”

“Great location. Sliding doors to outside did not lock.”

“Just a fun place. Games and fire pits on the lawn. Even the wifi code is kinda fun. My wife and I try to stay here whenever we go to Okoboji.”

“A very pretty little motel, nicely decorated. My only problem is that the big patch of mold on the shower ceiling could use some remediation.”

“Staff was helpful in giving suggestions on things to do. Shower floor was disgusting. Need to be cleaned or replaced. Rest of room and bathroom was good. Tv/ cable didn't work well at all. All channels were glitchy except one and that was Nickelodeon. Even tho the room was supposed to be smoke free it sure didn't spell that way. Overall location was great.”

“Very peaceful and serene stay. Beautiful outdoor gardens and relaxing areas. Rooms were well supplied to include a lovely shower steamer to help you feel refreshed. The Hosts/Owners are very accommodating and prepared to meet all your needs. Definitely will be a repeat stay.”
