However, several things that are not housekeeping related really downgraded what should have been a delightful stay. “Check in took a LONG time...15 plus minutes. We discovered after pulling the bedding down for the night that one side of the sheet had a huge hole. My husband got his foot caught in it. Even if we would have wanted to call the front desk...no phone. The shower had hair from other guests in it. How do you miss that much hair when cleaning????
