ApartHotel a Irlanda del Nord

“I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

“Check-in process easy, and we were sent the required access codes on the afternoon of the start of our stay. Very clean, plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Kitchenette has enough equipment for making simple meals. Sound insulation between the floors could be better, as we could hear footsteps from the flat above, but it did not cause us any inconvenience. Only a couple of minutes walk away from frequent bus services into the city centre. Large Tesco's and small Co-op, along with...

“Quando ho prenotato, 15 GG prima del soggiorno,ho chiesto una stanza con due letti. Mi avessero risposto che avevano stanze solo con letto matrimoniale avrei avuto tempo per disdire la prenotazione. Invece solo quando sono arrivato e ho visto la stanza. chiedendo di cambiare. mi hanno detto che in quella struttura nessuna camera e' twin”

“Online stated there would be a charge for any damages however when we got there the price was increased. There was no-one on reception when we arrived to assist us. The rooms were clean however damp in the bathrooms due to no windows or vents, every room the blinds were broken letting in light through the night. Pull out bed provided but no spare blanket or pillows for this, the apartment was for 4 people but sofa only fitted 2. ”

“I wish we had more time to stay. The apartment is really spacious and set up well. There is an elevator if needed which was great as our suitcases were heavy. Short Uber rides to lots of great places. We got lucky with parking which was free so very happy!”
