Hotel vicino a Iron Workers Museum - Portland

“There were three kleenex tissues fanned out of the box to make it look full, but it was disappointing not to have fresh tissues. The sink stoppers at this location DO NOT WORK. I have stayed here in 6 different rooms, and none of the sink stoppers work. The front staff just smile and say "Oh".”

“Breakfast wasn’t the best but it was ok. Shower floor was very slippery, had to be extra careful when taking a shower.”

“Very dusty room”

“The TV didn’t work properly for both nights I was there. Had to call maintenance both times . Very frustrating trying to watch anything. Plug in bath tub had to be removed from drain to allow it do drain during shower.”

“It was very clean and nice. I liked that the windows opened. The conditioner and body wash containers were empty. Also there was a child above us that continually ran back and forth in the evening and morning.”

“After we had a bad experience in another place we went straight here. Honestly it was an amazing stay for us. We got the lower level no noise and was able to get sleep. We got a king size bedroom. We would definitely stay here again”

“Staff not polite and rude”

“We had a reservation 2 weeks in advance, in MY name. When we arrived because my cousin had lost her ID 3 nights before and didn't have one to show, even though the reservation was in MY name they turned us away. We had just traveled 10 hours im driving and Im 75 years old!! REALLY!! I was so tired!! For whatever STUPID reason(and I didn't know) everywhere in Portland requires all staying to have ID!! They told me I would have to get my refund back from Expedia that's who I booked through! I was...
