“The room was a good size for our family of 4 and generally clean, except that my kids found a water bottle cap inside the coffeemaker and a plastic shoe cover under the desk. The air conditioner worked, but the wall remote didn’t, and the bathroom fan also wasn’t working. We were too tired to change rooms, so we just went to sleep, it was very stuffy. Aside from that, the hotel was pleasant, breakfast was good, and the gym had everything I needed for my morning workout.”

“Clean with good bedding and space. BUT the TV remote was confusing and dysfunctional. And then no HD on my big TV screen, what a surprise and disappointment. Some channels had as much snow as a 1950s TV. I could hear my neighbors talking, walking, and even breathing as one of them slept! My coffee maker didn't work and the ice machine near my room was jammed. My reception at check-in was cold, and I wasn't shown the price of my room with taxes and fees included. “Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”
