Cleanliness was good, and the room, simple but nice, had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel pool was very convenient, as was the beach towel service with fresh towels provided daily. The free access to the adjacent beach was a great plus, as well as the entertainment, which was discreet yet engaging. The property also offers the possibility to book organized or private tours and has an on-site taxi service, which was very practical. The security service was excellent too, making me feel safe at all times. A special thank you to Rinalda from Chukka and Alexia at the reception for their professionalism and kindness: they truly made my holiday even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, good organization, and a welcoming atmosphere in Jamaica. 🌴✨"
