“Price was reasonable; had refrig, micro wave, TV. No phone, no clock.”

“Lucked into this after catching Jamey Johnson at Renfro Valley. Typically spend twice as much to spend a night but certainly won’t be doing that when in this area again. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet night, and hot shower in the morning. Checks all the boxes. You can book w/o hesitation.”

“Great property and service. Avoid room 223. The AC is very loud. They did move me to another room the next morning which was great.”

“Beautiful area. Breakfast bar was gross. Front desk attendant talked on the company landline the whole time she was checking me in. She apparently has a health issue that needed to be shared with the person on the phone and with me”

“Stay here regularly due to walking distance to Renfro Valley New Barn for concerts. Most recent stay was disappointing, mini fridge did not work, rooms are getting tired, marks on wall, hot in hallways. Funky odor around first floor ice and vending, 2nd floor had no working vending and no ice machine. Breakfast is all prepackaged microwave, toaster, minimal healthy choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful but facility does not meet expectations for Baymont.”

“Been staying here for a few years now off and on for work. Everytime I come it’s a great experience. The staff keep the parking lot safe and clean, the rooms are always super clean, the prices here are always good as well.”

“Never again. Minimally maintained, smelled musty, towels yellowed and thin. Went to take a shower after a long day of driving to find no soap ANYWHERE in the room. Husband walked down to the desk. Young man shrugged stating he believed they were out of soap and manager out of town - but “he would look…” After waiting for 15 minutes and no response tried to call desk but no answer. Walked down to desk and told “sorry we are Out of soap.” (!!) Used shampoo on my body from the broken bottle...

“Room was poorly maintained. Price was ridiculous for the quality. Tub and shower were in bad shape. Breakfast was poor and coffee was terrible. We used the stairs a couple times and there were spider webs all over. Not maintained at all. The pullout had no linens. Had to request those. Only towels for 2 people. Reserves for 3. Staff were friendly but overall will not return.”

“What a wonderful experience! Amy was the best host ever. The setting is stunning with the rolling KY hills and Highland Cattle grazing around the cabin. It is a small rustic cabin, but so enjoyable! ”

“Absolutely perfect place for a gorge getaway! Check-in could not have been easier and the owner was super friendly and gave us all the information we could need in advance so when we got there it was as simple as putting in the key code and unpacking our stuff. The cabin is small but doesn't feel cramped and it's so charming and cute plus the outdoor areas are well-maintained and extremely peaceful. My wife is already trying to plan our return trip!”

“Great location, great price point! I didn't know what to expect never having travelled to this area. This Motel was a little known gem. Clean, comfortable room, with good AC, a comfy bed and a hot shower. Also a great location. we grabbed a pizza at a local joint and the room had a table to enjoy it. Highly recommend this property.”
