“Would rate probably about a 2.5 overall. It got us through the weekend in Cali but I'd say if you had to stay longer than a day or two go somewhere else. The jacuzzi does not work. The one whole side of the hotel is RIGHT next to a train track which we didnt know, so we had to be asked to be moved after the first night of no sleep. Both rooms were the same level of clean, which was not very.. and unfortunately one elevator smelled like someone had pooped in it and they barely wiped it up....

“I would double check the availability prior to arriving, my friend drove 3hrs to come spend time with me at this hotel, there were rooms available and when he arrived they said they were sold out even though he had a reservation. It was so disappointing.”

I booked a two queen/full-size room due to the size of our party and arrived at 8:30pm on Saturday night during the Memorial Day weekend. “I checked in at 3:30 which is prime time for check ins however no one was at the counter. I had to wait 5 minutes before anyone showed up. Then they were vacuuming the hallways at 7:00am which was annoying. People who are on vacation like to sleep in.
Breakfast was nice. There was a lady cooking fresh hot food.”

“The rug in front of the bed was wet and the only chair in the room and the closet had dirt and crumps on them, we showed up at 2 to check and were told we had to wait till 4 to check in because they still had to clean our room. I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room.”
