“The property was beautiful and convenient for coming off of a late flight. The room beautifully layed out/designed. The bathroom needs better maintenance. There were rust speckles on the shower floor that looked like dirt.”

“The room was very good, but the reception staff were poor. They were unwelcoming and didn't tell me that that the internet wasn't working in my room. When I tried to log on, I couldn't so had to go all the way down to reception to as why. When I got there, the staff just said that the internet had been down since the morning. If that was the case, why didn't they tell me when I checked in? And there was absolutely no hint of an apology. Would I stay there again? Probably, because the room was...
