“We were in room 224. It was on the second floor and there was no elevator. That meant we had to carry all of our luggage up two flights of stairs. Rather challenging for us at 76 & 77 years of age.

“The staff was nice. Check in and out was quick. There were dirty towels on the elevator floor when I arrived around 10:30 PM. They were still there when I left at 8 the next morning. There are blinds on the window that still let in a bunch of light. Lastly, there was a horrible noise that was on and off through the night. Place appeared clean.”

“I had a confirmed reservation with a confirmation number and email, but was initially told I didn’t have one. After being assigned multiple rooms, including one that was already occupied, I finally received a room that worked. The staff was friendly, but communication seemed lacking. The room was okay, but the bathroom could have been cleaner, and there were spider webs and cracks on the ceiling. Overall, a frustrating experience despite the nice staff.”

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7:00 am and I left at 7:15am to find hot coffee and breakfast on my own because the breakfast was not ready.
