“Everything was great”

“Recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Toledo. The bar and bar staff were great food and an excellent selection of beverages. The overall location was decent with easy access to multiple places around town. Check-in was a bit different than expected, with only one person working the desk and no luggage carts available to take bags to the room, so it definitely seemed short-staffed. Overall though, it was still a decent stay and we enjoyed our visit.”

“Starting to see this a most RF's. The room curtains need to be cleaned. It's a filter over a air system that sucks in any smoker outside and sends it through the curtains. Room smells like a smoke room. The rooms get cleaned but not the 6 year old curtains.”

“Back in its day, it was probably still a scary motel. Room smelled of smoke Room had not been updated in years. Not a great area. ”

“Property was run down and dirty. Carpet was frayed from entryway to main part of room and my husband stepped on a carpet tack. Place was very shabby. Door handle falling off/loose on fire door and outside entry door was broken and unlocked 24/7 - so no security. Place smelled horrible and marijuana smell was thru out the hallway. Coffee maker lacked carafe.”

“You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave.”

“Never saw anyone use the gym and it was right out my door The pool was unusable and needs a lot of work before it will be The place is old, in need of demo and rebuild That being said, the staff is the absolute best. The place is clean and comfortable and the price is the best if you just want a clean, safe place, in an excellent location.”

“i like the price of the rooms that i had booked, but i feel like its time for an upgrade of the whole hotel..new everything..”

“My stay was a day shortened by one night. I checked out but it wasn't recorded. I was charged for a night I wasn't there. I also notified the office the night before I would be checking out.”
