“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and I was thrilled to find an actual functioning bathtub. I stayed only one night; I wish it could have been longer.”

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. ”

“There was no breakfast. Rooms were not clean. I had to go from room to room due to plumbing issues that was happening before i got in the room”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“We could not stay there as the place was dilapidated, and had scary characters hanging around. We are requesting a full refund but Expedia and the hotel are fighting it. ”
