Welcome to our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment—your peaceful island retreat in Holbox. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, the apartment features one king bed and two queen beds, ideal for families or small groups. The open-concept living area includes a cozy lounge space and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook up your favorite meals.

Step out onto your private terrace to sip your morning coffee or wind down with a glass of wine while overlooking the lush pool area. Both bathrooms are stocked with personal care essentials, and the entire space is equipped with A/C and high-speed Starlink WiFi for a seamless stay.

Guests also enjoy access to a serene communal pool with sun loungers—perfect for a midday dip or an afternoon nap under the palms. Whether you`re working remotely or simply unwinding in nature, this apartment is your laid-back escape in Holbox.

Located near peaceful Punta Cocos, our apartment offers a tranquil retreat just a 3-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the lagoon, where you can witness Holbox’s famous bioluminescence. The vibrant town center is about a 30-minute walk along the beach, or a quick ride away by golf cart.

You`ll be surrounded by nature, birdsong, and sandy paths—perfect for disconnecting. Want to explore more? Ask us about golf cart or bike rentals—we’re happy to help you move around the island with ease. Whether you`re here to relax, explore, or take in magical sunsets, this is Holbox at its most peaceful and enchanting.

• Only guests and pets included in the reservation are permitted on the property
• Unregistered visitors or overnight guests require prior approval
• A $50 pet fee per pet applies and must be included in the reservation

• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Please clean up pet waste in all indoor and outdoor areas
• Additional cleaning due to pet hair, stains, or waste may incur a fee

• No parties, events, or excessive noise at any time

🪑 Furniture & Equipment
• If any indoor or outdoor furniture is moved (including patio furniture, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.), please return everything to its original location prior to departure

🚭 Smoking Policy
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors
• Evidence of smoking indoors (including odor) will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee

🧺 Stains & Damages
We understand that accidents happen — that’s why we provide stain remover products for towels and linens.
If a spill occurs:
• Please treat it as soon as possible
• Notify us if additional assistance is needed
• Unreported or permanent stains may result in replacement fees

Any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues must be reported:
• During your stay, or
• Within 24 hours after check-out

🚪 Check-Out Instructions
Before leaving, please:
• Wash dishes or start the dishwasher
• Dispose of garbage, recycling, and pet waste in proper bins
• Place used towels on the bathroom floor
• Turn off lights and heating/AC
• Close and lock all windows and doors
• Return moved furniture or outdoor items

Failure to follow check-out guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees.

• Trash is picked up early Monday morning
• Take bins out Sunday night
• Separate garbage and recycling into labeled bins
• Avoid leaving loose trash outside (pickup may be skipped)

Host was very attentive and helpful (arranged taxi, early cleaning). Unit and grounds are nice and quiet. Downsides: badly damaged kitchen tiles, king bed had queen-size sheet and only two pillows, initially short on towels, two beach towels smelled, and the location is far from the city/not walkable—we spent over $120 USD on taxis. Good service, but unit needs better maintenance and clearer location expectations.
