Beautiful 9-bedroom beachfront luxury penthouse located in an exclusive residential complex in Isla Mujeres. It has an amazing private roof terrace with jacuzzi, grill, living room and king size bedroom. All this with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea!



Our common areas offer a stunning heated infinity pool overlooking the beach and an incredible terrace with lounge and grill area, cocktail bar and more.

The penthouse consists in 2 separate units and a rooftop:



Each unit has:

- Master Bedroom: with a King size bed, TV, sofa, ensuite bathroom and closet.

- Second Bedroom: with a King size bed, ensuite bathroom and closet.

- Third Bedroom: with 2 queen size beds and closets.

- Fourth Bedroom: with 2 queen size beds and closets.
