Its location is perfect for unwinding — set away from the noise of the island’s center, yet just 10 minutes away from the main attractions by taxi. You can also rent a golf cart to move around freely during your stay (each apartment is allowed one golf cart).

It is not allowed to climb on the lounge chairs with shoes or eat food on them.
In case of any stain, the cost of additional cleaning will be covered by the responsible party.
No food in the bedrooms
THERE IS ONLY ONE PLACE FOR 1 GOLF CART PER APARTMENT, IN CASE OF BRINGING ONE MORE, AN ADDITIONAL FINE WILL BE CHARGED.
The use of the barbecue is with previous reservation and it has an additional cost of
1,000 MXN cleaning deposit, $500 will be returned if there is no damage.
Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. If utensils are required, they will be rented at a cost of $200.
