Con la più grande piscina privata su Isla Mujeres e un'enorme terrazza coperta di 60 '! Questa casa geniale incorpora due residenze private collegate - ognuna con 3 camere da letto principali - tutte con bagno personale, mobili artigianali, cucine all'aperto e barbecue, ripiani in granito e cucine interne gourmet, pavimenti in piastrelle di conchuela, docce esterne e terrazza padronale . Può essere affittato come 6 camere da letto o separato come 3 camere da letto. Sguardo verso il mare e il tuo tratto di costa personale dalla piscina a sfioro durante le prossime vacanze di gruppo, matrimonio o riunione di famiglia. Casa Gemelos si trova all'estremità meridionale dell'isola, una breve corsa in taxi / golf cart per la rinomata vita notturna di Playa Norte e Ave Hildago, i negozi e i ristoranti del Centro.

Le case sono dettagliate con i migliori materiali di qualità. I pavimenti e le docce in tutta la proprietà sono conchuela, una pietra fatta da conchiglie che è sempre fresca ai piedi. I ripiani della cucina sono un bel granito. Diversi pezzi di mobili sono realizzati a mano da un artista locale su Isla. Ogni camera dispone di un materasso interamente in cotone felpato, lenzuola in cotone con un numero elevato di fili e coperte in cotone. Abbiamo anche due letti singoli disponibili per gli ospiti supplementari a Casa Gemelos. Ogni camera ha una cassaforte per gli ospiti per conservare i loro passaporti, ecc.

Casa Gemelos ha la più grande piscina privata sull'isola, con un bordo infinito di 46 piedi di fronte al Mar dei Caraibi. This property is stunning, with spectacular views! The home is sparkling clean and the management team that supports keeping it that way is five star! It is on the quiet end of the island, which we loved! A short golf cart ride to the hustle and bustle, many restaurants and small stores near by. There were 13 of us and we all loved our time at Casa Gemelos! Was hard to say goodbye!

All of the websites describing this property show 6 bedrooms with two suites in front. Sleeps 12. We had 11 so no problem, except when we got there one of the two suites with ocean views was the "owners suite," and not available. Because of this, the "value" dropped considerably. So one of us slept in the kitchen area for the first night and a cot thereafter. The owner came in with his wife on the second night about 10 PM, scaring all of us because we didn't know he was coming. He was nice and moved next door for the balance of our stay, but we did not have access to his suite. The other bedrooms had no views. We won't be back.

Great property. The pool and the views were fantastic. Perfect location on the island. We did have some maintenance issues(ac/power outages ) but sometimes things just happen. What was important though, once management was notified it was taken care of immediately. I would come back.

There aren’t enough words to describe this house and the island. Everything was Phenomenal!! The owners of the house went above and beyond to support us before and during our stay. We had so much fun, so much space, so much hospitality the list goes on and on. Great dinner and excursion recommendations etc. If you don’t book here you are truly missing out on a gem!

We were 11…. 6adults 5 kids. Loved having the place all to our selves. Would be nice to have extra sheets and blankets on hand in the closestes for those extra beds in the bedrooms. Also, it would be handy to have some hooks in the living room bathrooms. To hang our towels during the day.

Our 4 families reunited here for a blissful week at Casa Gemelos. Maureen was incredible, helping us with a range of tips from guidance on where/how to rent golf carts for the week, a private chef for dinner (we used Ariel's amazing team: ariel.adame@outlook.com for 1 dinner and Sebastian from Isla Chef -sebastian@islachef.com for the other, both were incredible) and she was very responsive with a few things that came up with the house (sadly the lower pool which can be heated wasn't working during our stay due to some pump issues, but Maureen attempted to get it fixed all week!). The pictures of the house doesn't do it justice. The property is beautiful. Our kids spent hours in the pool and you can walk along a small path along the bluff all the way down to a lovely sculpture park at the end of Punta Sur. The house is on the south end of town and about a 15min golf cart ride to the heart of town. We liked being out of the hustle/bustle of the main town center to avoid the main tourists, but close enough for shopping and excursions. The main grocery store is ~5-7min away by golf cart with a smaller one closer. Jennifer, who checked us in, recommended an adorable little beach that was protected on a very windy/stormy day and was also available for questions. Anna is a housekeeper and wonderful, she helps with some dishes each day in the morning and keeps rooms clean/towels for pool and showers refilled etc. They have plenty of fresh water in large jugs on hand and even supply Microdyn to wash fruits/veggies. The kitchens are well stocked with everything you need. One thing to keep in mind is that there are essentially 3 rooms on either side, each one on a different level and each one has their own key, none of the rooms are attached or on the main floor leading out to the pool. Each side has a main kitchen and living room space that is on the pool level. If you have someone who has trouble with stairs, this may challenging. All rooms have a King bed and a few have extra mattress which can be pulled out for extra guests. We put 3 kids in 1 room and 3 kids in another, with adults in the other 4 rooms (14 people). The extra living spaces made it easy to find quiet spaces if needed. It was easy to get to/from the island on the Ultramar ferry, which runs every 30min and was never full even during peak season (we were there over Christmas). Catch breakfast at the Mange Cafe! We had an amazing time and highly recommend to others!

This was a get away for a group of friends/family and it didn’t disappoint. Attentive but not intrusive. The house is exactly what’s depicted and anything we could need was made available to us. Thank you all again and we will definitely look at this house for availability for our next trip.

Wow, what a beautiful home and property! We had so much fun hanging by the pool, eating dinner in the outside patio, and walking the oceanside pathway to Punta Sur. The maid service was so nice and the property manager was extremely helpful. Highly recommend staying here, it was magical!

Myself and 5 other friends stayed here and had an absolute blast. The house was a fantastic layout with matching layouts on each side, and the pool with views was incredible. The hosting team was extremely attentive for any questions we had, the check in process was a breeze, and the daily housekeeping was extremely helpful. Would absolutely try staying here again when we come back!

We had a very good stay. We had 16 family members who all enjoyed the house. The jacuzzi was a bit tricky but it was big enough that most of us enjoyed it every night. The two separate common areas helped because certain people wanted to watch movies while others were a bit louder. There are restrooms everywhere which was a major plus and for our event we we all able to rearrange a few tables and enjoy the weather, view and family while we celebrated into the night. We booked a local band and catered from a local restaurant for a great price. My daughter and everyone had a blast.

This is our third house we’ve rented on the island, and hands down our favorite! The pictures don’t fully capture the beauty, serenity, privacy and comfort of Casa Gemelos. Both the pool and house were cleaned daily during our stay, the kitchens were well-stocked, as were bath towels, pool towels, sunscreens, books, toys & games for kids. We were two families with 4 adults & 7 kids all together and the house accommodated us perfectly- we found plenty of room to stretch out and get that quiet time away from the group when necessary. The pool was breathtaking, and we used it daily, but it was our nightly hot tub sessions watching the moon rise over the Caribbean that were our absolute favorite way to end a perfect day in paradise. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous home with us!

What a special place. We were a family group that meet from all over the world for a week on this beautiful island. The house could not have been more perfect. The design works fantastically for a big group with lots if space. The part if the island the house is located on is quiet and away from the day tourist area in the north. There are a number of eating place within an easy work from the house. Isaac, the house manager, could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much Maureen for lending us ypur home.

Casa Gemelos fit our needs great! 5 couples and having chefs come in to cook, who were familiar with the house, was awesome. Questions or concerns we had were immediately addressed. We will definitely be back!!!

We had a big group stay here and Casa Camacho, which is right across the street. It was an amazing vacation for all. Check in was seamless, and the house was great. Maria kept the place spotless. The layout was perfect for the six couples that stayed there. Everyone was able to have their privacy when they wanted it. The pool was a great place for everyone to hang out. There was a harvest moon when we were there, so watching it come up over the ocean while chilling in the pool was stunning. It was only second best to waking up to the beautiful sun rising out of the Caribbean like a painting in our bedroom window. Also, Javi from Javi's Cantina catered breakfasts and a few dinners for us. It was amazing. His food and staff were fabulous. I did not have one complaint from anyone in our entire group about the houses or the food. We will definitely be back!!!

Casa Gemelos provided the perfect home base for our summer family vacation. We had a large group (9 adults, 2 teenagers, and 4 kids under the age of 7) and we had plenty of space and everything we needed. The pool provided endless hours of entertainment for the kids and a perfect spot for the adults to cool off and enjoy the view. We even got lucky and saw a giant pod of dolphins playing in the Caribbean right from the comfort of the pool. Isla Mujeres was the perfect island for a large family vacation and Casa Gemelos was just right for our family. Thank you Maureen for all the help with planning our stay. We couldn’t be happier with our time on the island and our stay at your place. If you have the chance, swim with the whale sharks...an experience of a lifetime! We will be back!
