This ground-floor studio is perfect for 2-3 guests, featuring a kitchen, private bathroom, A/C, Wi-Fi, TV, and dining area. Located just 3 blocks from the ferry, 2 blocks from Playa Centro, and steps from Hidalgo Street's restaurants and shops. The practical space offers comfort after exploring Isla Mujeres - ideal for couples or small groups who want convenience and value. Enjoy easy access to beaches and nightlife while having a quiet retreat to return to.

This studio is located in the central Punta Norte area of Isla Mujeres. Just 3 blocks from the ferry, 1 block from the boardwalk, and close to Playa Centro, Playa Norte, and Hidalgo pedestrian street—known for its nightlife, shops, and restaurants. The area is lively during the day but quiet and safe at night for restful sleep.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. Self check-in. Free street parking available (not part of the property).

This ground-floor studio is ideal for couples or small groups of up to three guests. It includes one double bed and one single bed, air conditioning, TV, quality Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with blender, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, and utensils. The dining area has a table for three. All in an open, integrated layout for comfort and practicality.

Everything is within walking distance: beaches, boardwalk, shops, and restaurants. To explore further, you can use taxis, public transport, or rent golf carts, bikes, or scooters. A car is not needed.

Stay includes cleaning, body soap, toilet paper, towels, and bed linens. No parties, pets, or unregistered guests allowed. Baby amenities available upon request.

a nice little suite with cooking facilities close to the central part of the Island. A really quiet area.

The small room was in disrepair--broken furniture, wires hanging out of the walls, dirty walls that desperately needed painting, door with a huge deadbolt but no knob. The place was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Bathroom very tiny, I could barely fit on toilet. Broken chair with no seat bottom, mismatched curtains that did not block light. The location is awful, in a parking lot. Very noisy, nothing nice nearby. Also, the host was rude in our communications.

The location of this property is perfect. It is literal steps away from restaurants, bars, grocery shopping, golf cart & bike rentals and the beautiful playa norte! Every thing you need is within walking distance. Because of its central location it was a bit loud during the day, but at night it became quieter and we had no issue sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great. Hot shower and free wifi as advertised. The check in process was straightforward and simple. Our host was also great at communicating with us and was very accommodating. There is a working stove and everything you need to do your own cooking. There is also a microwave and mini fridge. This appartment is nothing fancy but it has everything you need for an affordable, comfortable and convenient stay. We really enjoyed our time and would 100% stay here again!
