Il più sorprendente e indimenticabile sarà la tua vista dalla terrazza sul tetto e dalla sua piscina a sfioro. O stai invitando amici o ti stai semplicemente divertendo al sole a guardare le infinite acque turchesi e blu dei Caraibi !!!
La camera da letto principale e il soggiorno offrono una vista inestimabile sul Mar dei Caraibi e la sua straordinaria gamma di colori del balcone.
Mentre dal balcone della seconda camera da letto si può godere di un'indimenticabile vista del tramonto.
Rinnovata di recente, questa proprietà non ti farà mai venire voglia di tornare a casa.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata per coloro che desiderano cucinare i propri pasti o gustare un caffè mattutino.

La struttura è dotata di Wi-Fi in tutto il condominio, mobili nuovi di zecca, elettrodomestici moderni, sistema di sicurezza completo, parcheggio sotterraneo raggiungibile con un ascensore di fronte alla porta, aria condizionata e grandi docce. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno sotto lo stesso tetto!

La camera da letto principale comprende un letto king size e una jacuzzi. Se sei un uccello mattiniero puoi vedere l'alba dal balcone della camera da letto principale.

La seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali e un balcone con una splendida vista sul tramonto.

Il soggiorno ha un tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare comodamente fino a 6 persone, il balcone offre spazio sufficiente per una colazione mentre vi godete l'alba. Una Smart TV Samsung SUHD da 60 "con accesso Netflix incluso rende la serata a casa divertente.

The only thing that I didn’t liked is that the maintenance guy was very rude! My dad wasn’t feeling good so we decided to let him get some rest and we went to the pool and he went to knock on the door very rude and told my dad that we were throwing water from upstairs when first of all we were taking the sun so there was no one in the pool yet. Also the elevator wasn’t working at all the first day so we had to carry the luggage’s up

We stayed in this rental for 3 nights in March. The location was great. It was not in the downtown area and was a little more secluded which was nice. We had a bit of a 'bad' check-in. We arrived at 4 pm on our check in day and we still had not heard from our rental property regarding how to enter our unit. We finally found a phone number and called. The unit was still being cleaned and was not ready for check in until 6 pm. After a long day of travel this was disappointing. The owner was apologetic and offered us a late check out on the tail end of our trip. The rest of our stay was great. The little restaurant was lovely. The pool was FREEZING and we were unable to swim. We didn't really use the rooftop pool. It was windy and a strange set up so we stayed away. I think all in all while it was a great trip I think there is better rental properties on this island for the price. (My daughter and her family stayed nearby us for the same price and had a beautiful house with a heated pool and tons of privacy). Would I stay again? No. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The master bedroom and the living room both overlook the ocean, so you are never far from the soothing sounds of waves hitting the beach. The condo is big, with lots of room to move around, play, cook, and relax. The kids had their own space and loved having a TV in their room. The restaurant downstairs had live music every evening that rose up to our windows and added to the relaxed feel of the place. Being south of the main business district, it is quiet except for traffic, and there is a lovely walking path that runs for a couple of miles right outside the building. The pools were too cold for swimming when we went (Jan), but we still enjoyed laying in the sun, putting my feet in the water, and soaking up the views. Johann was always available and quick to respond whenever we had questions. I look forward to coming back to this wonderful place!

The place was super spacious and looked just like the description. It was super clean well appointed with comfortable bedding and furniture. The location is well away from the hustle of the North Beach downtown area. Which can be a good thing or bad depending on what you are looking for. Its geographical location in the center of the island is a plus in that you never have to go very far to get anywhere, although traveling by foot power would be very difficult as most everything is a mile and a half away from the condo. You will definitely need transportation to get anywhere. Taxis can take a while and the bus service does not go by the condo. The main and preferred mode of transportation is by golf cart which is super fun and puts you always out in the fresh open air. They run about 75-90 US dollars a day. There is a restaurant/sports bar on property which has nightly very chill live evening music. The road in front of the condo is super busy most of the day and late into the evening and nosey when you have the balcony sliders open. We had to shut the sliders to watch TV and sleep at night. The master bedroom side windows do not have window coverings so it stayed a bit bright during the night. This did not bottler us at all because we always travel with ear plugs and eye masks. The host Johann was on island and we happened to run into him. He is great and very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the property.

We had a great time staying at this property… the host was friendly and available to answer any questions we had. The property had everything we needed to enjoy our ten day stay, from laundry/dryer to cooking supplies. It was also clean and had great air conditioning. I highly recommend staying here for the perfect getaway trip to the beautiful Isla Mujeres THANK YOU

Even though we spent our vacation in the middle of a tropical depression, our stay was wonderful. The property had everything that we needed, including access to our Netflix account on the television during those rainy days. The condo was very clean, And well appointed. I enjoyed use of the oversize Jacuzzi tub when it was raining and there was nothing else to do. I imagine that the rooftop pool would’ve been excellent on a very hot sunny day. The host was also excellent, very responsive with any of our needs. If we make our way back, we would definitely choose to stay at this property again!

This place is gorgeous! It was perfect for my family of 4, even my young adult children were impressed! The view was just perfect and Johan was easy to communicate with and very helpful, responded very quickly. I really can’t say enough great things about it, would definitely recommend!

We had stayed at this property in the past. (But in another unit). The apartment met all of our expectations: it was spacious, clean, well-furnished & an excellent kitchen. Our host, Johan, was most accommodating & very personable. We all agreed that if we return to Isla Mujeres, we will stay here again.

Isla 33 is on the backside of the island and a couple of miles from downtown area. But there are restaurants close by and we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. The property was as advertised with a great ocean view. Johann the property manager was easy to reach and quick to respond. I would recommend this property.

This was the perfect place for our first stay on the island! It is mid-island and was a great location to go exploring in punta sur or go eat and enjoy north beach the other way. The underground parking was so convenient, too! Every morning you wake up and see a gorgeous sunrise and you almost feel like you are on the ocean in a cruise ship! We woke up and ran the beautiful scenic walkway every morning and watched iguanas sunbathe on the rocks. I only have 2 suggestions: 1. additional towel for those that are staying a week. 2. Window coverings for the side windows in the master to block out the neighboring porch lights because they are so bright at night. We would recommend this condo to friends and also stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
