Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! “They charge for the airport shuttle. It’s not included in the room cost. The AC vents were seemed to be linked with kitchen since all the cooking smell was coming to the room.”

“I stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a decent experience. Most of the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, which I appreciated. However, there were a couple of uncomfortable interactions that impacted my stay. The duty manager was quite intrusive during one instance when I had a guest visit me, making unnecessary comments and behaving in a way that felt unprofessional.
