“Don't mean to complain, but for a $500 a night room, I expected superior amenities. The room was nice and clean, but the shower water pressure was not very good, and there was no hot water at 5:00 when I checked in, or 8:30 the next morning. Also, it wasn't the designation on Gulf Drive, it was a block behind away from the water.”

“This was by far the worst vacation and the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were okay and seemed fairly new, but the towels were extremely limited, and the same went for the toilet paper. When we arrived, there was a large water leak right in the middle of the entrance area. However, that wasn’t even the worst part. There are stairs everywhere and no elevator. “The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.”

“Great little place, very small rooms but very clean and nice. Having to check in at a different location was a bit odd but overall a good place.”

“Rooms were very clean. Nearby restaurants, and convenience stores made it perfect. Rented a golf cart to go up and down to the beaches on Ana Maria awesome. Staff was very helpful with information and if we needed anything, they were there to help. Will be going back soon.”

“Great room with a giant TV screen. Great water pressure in the shower. Bed was pretty comfortable. Biggest drawback for this particular room is that the lights outside the room keep the room lit up like daytime even in the dead of night. There are no blockout shades. That would be a solid addition for this room. I love the pool facilities but this property desperately needs a dedicated ice machine. Having to drive for ice every other day is a bummer when you want it now. Cleaning...
