Set on a large .35 acre lot just four easy blocks to the ocean and one block from the IOP Recreation Department playground and park, this house is perfect for families. The spacious screened porch and varied sleeping arrangements make it a wonderful place for friends to gather. The charm and coziness of this house makes it ideal for a romantic beach getaway.
