  • Godetevi la vista sull'oceano incredibile di questa villa 3 ° piano finemente ristrutturato! Questa tre camere da letto, tre bagni condominio ���������� fresco, aperto, arioso e! Vanta una cucina completamente attrezzata con un sacco di spazio, una zona pranzo con posti a sedere per quattro, e un soggiorno con arredamento confortevole (nuovo nella primavera '15), un grande televisore a schermo piatto, e accesso diretto al balcone privato con vista sull'oceano . L'appartamento dispone di due camere da letto, una con un letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli, ognuna con un bagno separato completo che viene condiviso con la sala. Il maestro offre un letto king size, un salotto con un televisore a schermo piatto montato a parete, un bagno privato completo con cabina doccia e vasca da giardino e accesso diretto al balcone. Ascensore. Wifi. Biancheria. Non fumare. No animali.

Beach view was amazing but clean outdoor furniture would have been appreciated. Everything was great. Bathrooms could use some updating but everything worked. Overall I'd stay again.

Good Experience

The only negative was the garbage truck that woke us up when it came very early in the morning to empty the dumpster.

Memorial Day Weekend

We were here for Memorial Day Weekend. Walking distance to several restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Beach access is great.

The pool was closed due to a broken gate, however you could still access the pool area. I honestly have not been pleased with the island reality staff through this process this year. This is our 4/5 year renting through them.

Condo as described and pictured. Wife said very clean which is something for her to say. Great location. Walk too many eats. Grocery store very short drive or nice wslk if your not bring back many items. We will stay here again for sure.

The condo is comfortable and attractive without being too fussy. The balcony had seating for all of us- nice to sit out in the evening, or a nice break from the beach. Great Location

Location is great, unit was perfect for our group. You do have to stop at another location to get check in information. The only complaint is the elevator on the property does not always work. That was very frustrating when we had lots to carry from the beach, groceries, or luggage. The unit is on the 3rd floor. I would definitely book the unit again, even with the elevator issue.

We have no reason to check other places as long as this is available when we plan our stay. The view from the condo is incredible. The condo has been up grated every year. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location in downtown IOP - the view of the ocean and beach from the third floor balcony was incredible - condo was well maintained and well stocked - we were able to walk to many of the restaurants/bars from our condo - our property manager was great - she coordinated and helped move our belongings in since we were staying for a month and the elevator was not operational when we moved in - she also followed up with the property manager for ocean blvd condos as to when the elevator would be operational again and gave us a date and on that date the elevator was working again -this was the only downside to our trip walking up and down quite a few steps every day for 3 weeks

Reviewer Comments: This beautiful 3rd floor condo had a spectacular view,but no notice was given that the elevator was not working and no compensation was offered. Also every morning at 8:30AM we were awakened by the the loud machinery noise as they worked on replacing the elevator and wouldn't stop until 9:30 AM. We thought there was a noise ordinance that would have prohibited the work from starting that early. With a working elevator and quiet mornings, a stay there would be 5 star. Our time there was not ideal.

Lovely Visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the large deck and watching the waves! The only negative thing was the elevator was very smelly, no ventilation, in need of repairs. I used the three flights of stars because I am immunocompromised and believe me it was hard for me with asthma but chalked it up to good exercise. Sadly my daughter left all her bathing suits and my granddaughters in the condo. They have not been found.
