Cottage completamente rinnovato. Charleston Coastal Design. Affitto per famiglie nel cuore del Wild Dunes Resort. Questo cottage con 3 camere da letto è attrezzato per ospitare comodamente 8 persone. Sportscard è stata acquistata per la stagione 2019. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha contatori di granito. Ricco cuore di pavimenti in pino sono presenti in tutto il cottage.

Camera da letto principale è spaziosa con grande letto king size e TV LCD. Master Bath ha cabina doccia e pavimenti in piastrelle nuove. Tutti i nuovi letti sono stati aggiunti in tutto il cottage.

La camera degli ospiti ha accesso a un letto a baldacchino queen size. La camera dei bambini è allestita con letti a castello con due letti full size con un nuovo grande schermo tv. La camera degli ospiti e la camera dei bambini condividono un bagno piastrellato recentemente rinnovato. Il portico è stato chiuso e dispone di un ottimo secondo soggiorno con grande tv proiettata.

Il cottage ha unità sotto il parcheggio per 4 auto. Il nuovo portico dello schermo si trova fuori dalla stanza del sole e fa un ambiente perfetto per quelle pigre notti estive con la famiglia.

Il cottage affitta per un soggiorno minimo settimanale da domenica a domenica, arrivo e partenza durante l'estate dal Memorial Day al Labor Day. È richiesto un minimo di 3 notti durante tutte le altre stagioni. Alcune vacanze richiedono un soggiorno minimo di 7 notti. Non sono ammessi animali e non è consentito fumare. (DEVE ESSERE ALMENO 25 ANNI DI ETÀ PER NOLEGGIARE NESSUNA ECCEZIONE).

Beautiful property, but…

First, the positives: The property was absolutely wonderful and well kept. In fact, the house exceeded our expectations! The property is located in a beautiful community, and it is a very quick and pleasant walk to the beach and also to nearby restaurants and shops. The check-in process was great, and the property management company left very nice items for us ($100 gift card, sunscreen, etc). Again, this exceeded our expectations! Unfortunately, however, we did see a large cockroach scamper across the floor one evening. Fortunately, we were able to catch it and release it outside. When we came back inside, we asked our son where the cockroach came from and he pointed to an area between the kitchen and master bedroom. We looked on the floor where he pointed and saw another smaller cockroach dead under a small table. I contacted the property management company via text regarding the cockroaches (with a picture of the dead cockroach), and they replied stating they would send the pest control company out the next day (the day of our departure). I don’t know what I expected to hear from the property management company, but I was surprised at how cavalier their response seemed to be. If not for the cockroaches, I would definitely give this property a 5-star review.

Excellent All Around

This property is managed professionally, and that was apparent and appreciated. Excellent communication about check in and checkout protocol. When we had confusion about the outdoor shower (which was frankly our fault not theirs) they called right away and told us what to do. The furnishings are modern, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well-appointed. The property is a 10 minute walk from the ocean. Know that if you rent through vrbo you will be unable to access the resort amenities (tennis courts, pool, etc.) - which the property management did communicate up-front, we just weren't paying attention. This is not a big deal - there are public tennis courts not far away which we used, and who needs a pool with the ocean nearby? We had a fantastic time at this property, and particularly enjoyed the ping pong table!

We loved this place!

This home is centrally located - a short walk to tennis, bike rentals and the sweet grass hotel. We've stayed in several homes in this neighborhood and this one is by far the best. The home is well appointed and clean with all the kitchen items you'll need. The grill and ping pong table and finished porch were big bonuses. And the management company was quick to respond for a couple of minor issues that we had. Highly recommended.

4th of July Family Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the home on Twin Oaks. The home was clean, well appointed and in a great location near the pools, beach and other resort amenities. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to vacation on Isle of Palms.
