417 Seascape Villas is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that accomodates 6 people (3 Beds) and offers your family a wonderful beachside vacation. Located in the gated community of Wild Dunes Resort in Isle Of Palms, you are just steps to the beach and pool, close to restaurants, shopping, and family fun!

This oceanfront condominium is clean, bright and cheerful with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful Isle Of Palms beach. The master bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen all share incredible oceanfront views or you can enjoy the views from the spacious oceanfront deck. Sunrises are spectacular and are worth getting up early for!

417 Seascape is located on the 4th floor just off the elevator and above the beautiful pool area where you have a bird’s eye view of the newly remodeled Seascape swimming pool. There is a pool level restroom available as well as picnic tables, and outdoor shower when coming off the beach.

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a full size ensuite bathroom, tv, and sliding door to access the balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds with a full size ensuite bathroom and tv.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals for your family. The dining area has a table and chairs that seats 6 people.

The balcony has a dining table for 4 as well as chairs to view the ocean and the pool.
The exterior of the building has recently undergone a complete remodel and re-landscaping and is absolutely gorgeous!

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent from local companies as well as bicycles and other sports equipment. Items can be delivered prior to arrival and picked up upon departure.

About Wild Dunes and the area:
Seascape Villas are located in Wild Dunes Resort. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from mid April to October 1 depending on the weather. This is a private Resort of 1600 acres.

Wild Dunes features six restaurants- walk across the street to Huey's on The Links Course for lunch or dinner and music. Other restaurants offer pizzas, burgers, or seafood. Enjoy The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course plus two miles of walking/bike trails.

Close by, in the town of Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island, you will find restaurants, pubs, shopping, and more. Mt Pleasant is a short drive over the bridge where you can tour the USS Yorktown, find more restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Downtown Historical Charleston is a quick and easy 30 minute drive over the Ravenel Bridge. Visit the South Carolina Aquarium or The Children's Museum in downtown Charleston, visit Rainbow Row and the Straw Market, take a historical walking tour, a ghost tour, or a carriage ride.
See a concert at Credit One Stadium, only 30 minutes away.
