Beach House recentemente rinnovato a un isolato dalla spiaggia

Questa casa sulla spiaggia recentemente rinnovata è la vacanza perfetta! 7 case dalla spiaggia in una tranquilla strada senza uscita proprio fuori da Wild Dunes. A pochi passi dal mercato IOP Marina, parco giochi e lancio della barca. 10 minuti a Sullivan's Island e 20 minuti dal centro di Charleston. Può ospitare comodamente 11 persone. Novità sul mercato degli affitti!

Piano terra: enorme cortile con posti a sedere all'aperto coperti e tavoli da pranzo con doccia esterna privata che conduce nella stanza di sabbia ideale per pulire dopo una giornata in spiaggia. L'area della stanza di sabbia offre una seconda lavatrice / asciugatrice e un frigorifero perfetto per ospitare gruppi numerosi. Sullo stesso livello c'è una nuovissima camera "a castello" per bambini e una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno in comune che può ospitare comodamente una famiglia di 6 persone.

Piano principale: zona giorno principale. La grande sala ha soffitti a volta con una nuova TV a schermo piatto, via cavo, internet, mobile bar, tavolo da gioco e posti a sedere per tutti. Il piano principale offre una camera da letto matrimoniale con TV a schermo piatto e via cavo, bagno completo e lavanderia collegata. Una camera da letto aggiuntiva ha 2 letti singoli e bagno annesso perfetto per i bambini. La cucina è completamente fornita di nuovi elettrodomestici tra cui microonde e fabbricatore di ghiaccio. Grande bancone con sgabelli da bar per bambini. Tavolo da pranzo completo da 8 posti comodamente. La cucina conduce al patio esterno avvolgente con grill a gas perfetto per intrattenere. L'enorme veranda riparata ha molti posti a sedere e un grande tavolo da pranzo che può ospitare 10 persone.

Mansarda: accogliente area di atterraggio con TV a schermo piatto / via cavo e salotto. Grande scrivania per spazio di lavoro privato. Camera da letto matrimoniale aggiuntiva con bagno completo e tonnellate di spazio armadio.

Offriamo parcheggio in barca con accesso all'acqua dolce adiacente alla casa.

This home exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable fit for our group of 8 adults 3 kids. We loved the back enclosed porch and spent lots of morning hours there - the location is just 1 1/2 blocks from the beach in a very charming neighborhood and short drive from Charleston as well as neighboring Sullivan's Island. We really enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this home!

It was a nice home. Our family really enjoyed it. A few things that need improvements are the cleanliness of the inside and outside. Bring some pyrex containers for left overs or cut fruit. There were a few there. Bedrooms were great. There are 2 kings beds that are private and are very nice. The 3rd king bedroom isn't private. You have to walk through it to get to the bunk room. It worked for us because we put the teenagers down there and they didn't care. The two sets of washers and dryers were nice to have. Walk to the beach is short but we were there during a very hot week and it was a little rough for older people. We loved Isle of Palms and plan to go back.

We had a lovely time on our beach vacation! The house was clean and ready for us at the appointed time. We noticed a few light bulbs were burned out in several places, ones you would not notice in the daytime, and notified our host; they were replaced for us the next morning. We loved the screened-in porch!! Location is perfect - about a block to the beach. Found that the beach access on 42nd Street was easier as we could pull our beach wagon farther on a "sidewalk" surface across the sand. Ample beach towels were provided. The two refrigerators (entry level and kitchen) were great for our 6 adults and 4 children needs. Definitely recommend both the beach house and the location!

Awesome IOP House!

We were looking for a house for 10 adults to celebrate Memorial Day weekend, and we found a great one. Convenient location - two minute walk to the beach, and very close to Wild Dunes and the marina - yet off the main Palm Blvd heavy traffic street. Beds were all super comfortable, and kitchen / den area on main floor was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, and two refrigerators and two washer/dryers made our stay really easy. Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

Such a great weekend

We had a great weekend in IOP! The interior of the house is stunning and so spacious. The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were clean. The outdoor area under the deck was not usable- it was covered in dirt and leaves but the covered deck was amazing. The bunk room is attached to the ground floor primary bedroom. Just an FYI if you are traveling with all adults.

Cousins trip a huge success

Vacation house was perfect for our group of 9 - plenty of bedrooms- each with its own bathroom- beautiful screen-in porch with plenty of room for us to spread out- great location - just a very short walk from the beach - owner Hugh very hospitable & responsive to our requests- all in all a great value & would definitely try & book again if we travel back to Charleston area

Nice Property. Bedroom count in misleading

To be clear. The house was clean. Location was great. Beds and linens were comfortable. Here is the unclear part of the listing description. It is NOT a 5 bedroom. It is a 4 bedroom with a bunk room inside a HUGE closet in 1 of the bedrooms. We have 8 adults and this became an issue when adults were cutting through the bedroom of other adults. We rented assuming all necessary parties would have a dedicated bathroom. The listing clearly states there is a separate bunk room as it s own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Untrue. It is a bunkroom in the huge closet of a 4th master bedroom using the bathroom of that bedroom. I believe a bedroom by legal standards needs to include an egress window and a closet. This has neither. It has a tiny small window at the ceiling. I would have given 5 stars for the rest of the house. I wanted others to be aware of the inaccuracy of the wording in the listing.

Wonderful near-beach neighborhood

This is a wonderfyl, just off the beach (2 min walk) from the wonderfyl IOP beach. The property is tucked into a very beuatifully treed neighborhood, where privacy and quiet is the norm. The house is well appointed, comfortable and affords multiple get-away areas, from master syites, to a family/game-type gathering room, large kitchen, and wonderful screened-in porch off the kitchen.

Easter at the beach

We met other family at IOP. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing big family dinners. Having 2 washers and dryers was great. I loved this house! Right across from the beach. I would totally rent this house again. Might not be good for little ones as there are lots of stairs in the house but it was perfect for our kids ages

Great area to be in...

Property was clean and plenty of space for all of us. Beach was close, we rented 3 golf carts and beach umbrellas and chairs. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area. Charleston was close and did a horse and buggy ride and went to lunch and dinner. Fun city to visit. Room with bunk beds was smaller than photo. Zones for air condition could have been better planned.

Isle of Palms Beach Home

This beach home had everything our family needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All of the rooms were clean, tastefully decorated, and there was plenty of room for dining, playing games, and hanging out. The kitchen had ample supplies for cooking and eating. The screened in porch was large and had ample seating. It was only a short walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this beach home!

Screened Porch Fabulous!!

Great house for our family, all in all. Just wish the king bedroom on the lower level, had it’s own bathroom. The screened porch really made it though. We ate most of our meals out there. Loved being up in the trees! Did not realize this house was 7 houses from the beach when I booked it, but our 3 sight impaired grandkids did not think it was bad! Sorry I misunderstood filling out the stars earlier. I’m somewhat dyslexic!

Great house on Isle of Palms

Beautiful and spacious house close to beach and only a couple of miles from dining / shopping. The large screened in porch was so welcoming and relaxing. A nice bonus was that cabinets and drawers were labeled with contents making finding things a breeze. Great house, great stay!

Palm tree paradise

The house was beautiful and comfortably fit our group of 10 adults. The enclosed porch was perfect for relaxing brunches and dinners. It was only a quick walk to the beach and the provided beach equipment made it that much easier. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!
