The main level boasts an open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase gorgeous ocean views. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is complete with high-end appliances, a massive island with barstool seating, and sleek countertops. Upstairs, a second living area and additional full kitchen provide extra space for guests to relax and unwind. All 7 bedrooms, four on on the main floor and three on the second floor, ensure a restful retreat, each featuring ocean views, a plush king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with heated floors. With luxurious amenities like a Sonos sound system and an elevator, every detail of this home has been carefully curated for a stress-free stay.
Outdoor living is at the heart of 7 Beachwood East, with wrap-around balconies and thoughtfully designed spaces on every level. The covered lower-level deck invites you to fire up the grill for an evening BBQ, dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table, or simply enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. *Home Truths:* - Guests must have their own Sonos account to use the sound system. - This home has an 8 person freestanding hot tub, but does not have pool access. - The beach access path beside the home is closed due to erosion. The closest path is at Grand Pavilion, two complexes to the left. - You must be 25 years or older to book this home. - Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. - Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. - Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking. - Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Fireplaces are not for guest use. - Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. - Guests have access to the hot tub at 7 Beachwood East and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. - Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes. - There is an elevator available for guest use; however, we kindly ask that you do not rely on it as a guaranteed amenity. While the home is newer and we haven’t experienced any issues so far, unexpected maintenance can occur at any time. - While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
*Parking Details:* - There are 6 parking spaces available. - To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

We had a fantastic stay at this 7-bedroom home in Charleston! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as listed — perfect for our family trip. The location in the beach resort community was ideal, and we had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Communication with the property manager was excellent — they were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had a couple of minor issues. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the home was well-stocked and thoughtfully maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a good experience at St. Regis! Having visited NTB for several years and stayed at various accommodations, we chose the condo this year due to its location and the numerous positive reviews. The condo was very clean and met our needs perfectly, truly living up to its high reviews and ratings. The beach was just a short stroll away, and we were able to take advantage of all the amenities available on-site. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony, where we spent many mornings and afternoons soaking in the ocean view and listening to the waves. We did encounter a facility issue with the main door one afternoon, but after reaching out to the owner, Todd, he responded promptly and arrived in person to assist us within an hour. We truly appreciated his support and clear communication throughout our stay.
