Great place on Isle of Palms for families. We had a week here and everything was comfortable. The screened in sun room is great as it’s shady and breezy but you still get the outside air. I highly recommend this place!

What a perfect fit for our family of 9. The entire home is spacious enough with lots of room for dining both indoors and out. The outdoor covered veranda was our favourite gathering spot and kept us cool from the hot sunny afternoons.Erin was a wonderful host who answered all our questions. Great memories were made here. Beautiful house with huge fenced yard! Host was great and communicated before during and after we stayed. Great location close to the beach but in a quiet area. Will definitely book again.

We had an absolute wonderful experience and would love to come back and stay again! The only suggestion is we could have used one more shower/bathroom. Possibly switch laundry room and half bath. You could have a full bathroom in the room where the laundry room is and washer and dryer in half bath.

The kitchen, dining and living rooms were perfect space for family time. The patio and fenced in backyard was also great for our dogs to run and an evening bonfire with smores. Easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

One of the cleanest properties we have stayed in! Plenty of room for everyone, including our dogs that loved the porch and fenced yard. Loved the ping pong in a rainy day and not having to pack beach chairs was a great bonus!

Spacious Gem!

My group of 5 were very comfortable in this house. Enough relaxation space for everyone and located on a side street away from the main avenue with a 5 minute walk to the beach!

Everything was exactly as posted, easy moving in and ease of departing. Bedrooms were stocked with clean towels, kitchen handled multiple cooks, lots of dining seating areas and 1/2 bathroom sure helped having 6 adults and 3 children. Close to beach access with amenities for coffee and groceries.

Kitchen had everything you need. Grill was nice and had good utensils and was very clean. House was clean plenty of towels. Host was excellent with communication and helped us with an early check in. Host communications were very fast and didn’t make us wait around for an answer to questions.

Perfect New Year

A beautiful house, beautifully decorated and maintained, in a beautiful place! My family and I were seeking a peaceful and cozy new year holiday with access to local sites and conveniences and the Palmetto porch house absolutely delivered. Erin was a delight to deal with, we would definitely stay here again!
