Il piano inverso, la cucina gourmet e le viste mozzafiato sull'oceano faranno sicuramente la felicit��� di famiglia e amici! Goditi la brezza dell'oceano dal secondo livello e la terrazza panoramica sul tetto, fai un tuffo nella piscina di acqua salata o rilassati sotto uno dei portici coperti. Questa bella nuova di zecca casa si trova dall'altra parte della strada l'accesso alla spiaggia pi���� vicina. Accesso all'ascensore ad ogni livello (piattaforma di osservazione accessibile solo tramite scala a chiocciola) e WiFi. 3413 piedi quadrati, biancheria inclusa. Vietato fumare. No animali. The BEST Large Group Stay

I stayed here with nine other girls and we absolutely LOVED it. It was incredibly clean and so comfortable. We all had plenty of room to spread out and the couch in the living room fit all of us with room to spare. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Perfect for large groups

The house was perfect for our family of 10. We didn’t even use all of the beds. The living area was perfect for our big dinners. Quick walk to the beach. We loved it.

Reviewer Comments: We have a fine week at this home that provided easy access to the beach and a top floor balcony that caught the breezes even on the hotest of days. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with glasses, dishes, serving pieces and cooking tools. The only disappointment was that around mid afternoon the house bloked the sun around the pool deck.

Luckily, the house accommodated for 3 kids to have space to play ping pong, build forts, and explore. I think our experience would have been different in another home. The hour it stopped raining; we were close enough to the beach to walk over and enjoy every second of it. In addition, the kitchen was completely setup with all supplies you could ask for to make meals for large groups. We can't say enough great things and hope to return next year!

This house was perfect for our large group. The kitchen was a dream with all the equipment needed for cooking for a crowd. The labels on the cabinets, drawers, and light switches were very helpful! Our group enjoyed the ping pong table with nightly tournaments. The outside spaces were perfect with many seating areas to enjoy. We loved nightly rooftop sunset happy hours. Our only noted cons for the home were that the mattresses on some of the beds weren’t comfortable and sounds carry pretty well. But we appreciated being able to stay in this beautiful home!

Everything about it was perfect.The location is great - one block to the beach.The open concept living area, kitchen, dining room gave our group ample space to spread out yet still be together. We are a group of people that enjoy cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We used the outside grill several times and was large enough to cook lots of surf and turf. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable mattresses and bedlinens. The many porches were large enough for our whole group and the upper deck was great for star gazing. The pool was lovely after a day at the beach. Plenty of room for vehicles. I'm already dreaming of next years stay.

Where to start….When we first walked in the place there was an unpleasant smell that I’m not sure if we got rid of, or just got used to. Just about every door creaked like a haunted house when you opened or closed them. Even the refrigerator. So if you go to bed late, or get up early expect to wake up the rest of the house. On our last day there, our daughter wanted to use the pool, we walked out to find a huge truck parked in the middle of the 2 car driveway, blocking our cars, with guys on ladders pruning the trees over and around the pool. This lasted from around noon till four and I only think they stopped because it started raining. I’m not sure why this couldn’t be scheduled for the next day when we had to be out by 10am and check in for new guests is at 4pm. It felt like a bad commercial for places not to stay. The master bathroom door is a barn door with no handle on either side. You have to push the frame of the door to open or close it. Awkward. The griddle on the stove turns on, but doesn’t ever heat up. Again we had to find this out the hard way. There are stickers, notes, and signs on just about everything telling you what not to do. They really need a maintenance man to go through and fix a lot of minor details, Instead of relying on guests to be their maintenance inspector. On a positive note, the place is sizable, nicely decorated and in a great location. It’s really a 3.5 star but there are no half ratings, so I rounded up.

Loved the House- Opportunities to Shine

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the house in early Sept. for a gathering of friends- the house was perfect for that. The large kitchen, open space, decks, proximity to beach were ideal. We found that given the overall presentation of the house, and expectations, there are opportunities for some “tweaks”. For example, the quality and # of towels provided for each bathroom were very limited - given the quality of the house. As was the soap, dish soap, etc (only a small “starter set?). We didn’t receive towels for the powder room- nor soap. The bed linens in all bedrooms were a bit tired- and there were no blankets- only sheets and then cover quilt- this is a hygiene issue. Given the apparent owners priority about use of coasters (there were signs everywhere), one would also think that there would be an equivalent interest in providing comfortable, clean linens and ample towels, as well as soaps and dish soap and dish detergent. Cutting corners in that regard while renting a multi-million dollar home and charging top dollar is counterintuitive. We loved the house and had a great time, but would pause before spending those types of dollars again unless some of those items are addressed.

Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10 had a wonderful week long reunion over July 4th at this property. it was comfortable and convenient and had everything and more that we needed. The pool and the "crows nest" deck were a lucky strike extra that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The pool cooled us off after our beach time and morning coffee up in the "crows nest" was a great way to start the day. We were even able to see multiple fire works displays from the deck. This was our first time at IOP and hope it will not be our last.

You Definitely Want to Look at this Property!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in other properties rented from Island Realty and always had a good experience. However, this property was the best EVER! Everything about this home was top notch! The furnishings were either new or very well maintained, the home was very clean and offered every appliance and amenity you could ask for and everything was in working order. The elevator was a real convenience and the rooftop deck allowed for a wonderful view of the ocean and great breezes. The pool is welcoming and completely fenced in and the beach is just a very short walk away! It is also only a short drive to the Marina where a remodeled restaurant and family game area await!! We would definitely recommend this rental to family and friends and hope to return there ourselves one day soon!

Incredible Vacation Home!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this amazing home with our children and grandchildren. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The house was in excellent condition and beautifully decorated. Everything was labeled and explained, so it was very easy to navigate the kitchen, the showers, the elevator, etc. The location was great - close to the beach. You even have ocean views from the top and the third floors. The pool and the surrounding area were also wonderful. There were toys for the pool and the beach, along with beach chairs and even a wagon to take your things to the beach. It was a perfect family vacation home and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful Experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for our group of 11 over Thanksgiving. Plenty of bedroom space and private bathrooms, but best of all a huge kitchen for Thanksgiving lunch and a wonderful living room space and sectional to watch the Iron Bowl on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.. The location was great- across the street from the beach and just down from an access. About 30 minutes into Charleston, but plenty of stores and things to do close by as well. The house was clean, very well stocked and best of all, there were instructions and labels EVERYWHERE for how to operate lights, elevator, etc.... That was SO helpful!!! We would definitely stay here again. And the few times we contacted customer service staff, they were friendly and helpful.
