Recentemente rinnovato! Goditi una pausa dal tuo ritmo frenetico all'88 Grand Pavilion. Situato su una pittoresca strada alberata, questa casa con 5 camere da letto e 4 bagni è una moderna villetta sulla spiaggia che si trova nel cuore di Wild Dunes. Meglio ancora, è a soli tre minuti a piedi dal Grand Pavilion Boardwalk, che ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia e due piscine con vista sull'oceano!

Questo fantastico cottage sulla spiaggia è stato completamente sventrato e rinnovato dal famoso architetto di campagna, Christopher Rose. Inoltre, è stato decorato in modo professionale da Chinn Rose + Design LLC. La ristrutturazione ha incluso una nuova cucina su misura con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici inox Kitchen Aid, l'aggiunta di una camera di polvere al primo piano, tutti i nuovi bagni, una nuova doccia esterna privata, tutte le nuove finestre e porte a prova di uragano Anderson. Rilassati nella veranda sul retro recentemente chiusa che vanta finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che cattura tutta la luce e le viste senza tutto il calore. Il ponte fuori dalla sala da sole sul retro ospita una griglia a gas per i preparativi estivi dopo la giornata in spiaggia. Sorseggia un cocktail o goditi il deserto sui bilancieri della veranda per concludere la tua bella giornata in spiaggia.
Il piano principale ha tre camere da letto matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno privato. Il secondo piano ha una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera con tre letti singoli e un divano letto con rotelle e un bagno in comune. Tutte le camere avranno TV 4K e radiosveglia ihome. Un'ulteriore caratteristica è un frigorifero per vino / bevande Marvel. Perfetto per bevande extra!

Caratteristiche Wild Dunes Resort Club Sports Card! Per accedere al Club Swim Center, al Club Fitness Room (quota di iscrizione), al Tennis Center (a pagamento) è richiesta una Sports Card. Accesso concesso alla Palm Cove Pool dopo le 15:00 e alla Boardwalk Inn Pool dopo le 16:00 con Sports Card. The house is very nice and a good location. The only complaint would be the TV situation. Way too many remotes and a lot of misprogrammed functions and just way too complex for most people to be able to use. Very difficult to move between cable TV and other streaming apps and controlling volume about impossible.

awesome property. the check in / check out process only negative. 10am check out is already early...but to also be asked to drove off-site to return keys by 10am is aggressive. Should be 11am. Otherwise, great house.

Family Spring Break

This house was the perfect spot for our two families to spend the week together. We really appreciated the king beds in each of the bedrooms and the well stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic with only a short walk to the beach. The only downside was that we came at the end of March during off season, one of the grand pavilion pools was under construction, none of the boardwalk shops were open and we did not have access to the brand new sweetgrass pool which the kids would have enjoyed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and this was the perfect location to experience Charleston for the first time.

beautiful beach house

PERFECT for families. We had a small issue with slow wifi - we had young kids with us. So they needed their movies, and our netflix was slow. The owner tried to fix it a soon as possible. The problem was not completely resolved, but I do feel like happy with how quickly he helped. Great kitchen with lots of appliances - like toaster, slow cooker, etc. Overall - one of the best home I have been in!

Incredible property and location. It was wonderful for our family and the management team was incredible to work with and easy to get a hold of made this long awaited family vacation that much easier knowing everything was taken care of! We will definitely be going back!

Awesome property

Me and my family were very impressed with the quality of the property. They had all the comforts of home and had thought through so many nice touches. High quality appliances and all we could ask for in the kitchen, nice Weber grill for grilling out, dual iPhone charging clocks in all the bedrooms, smarthome tv remotes, sonos whole house audio system, the list goes on. We are definitely considering making this property an annual trip.

Very nice as good as advertised, especially the kitchen. It had every and anything you would need. The only caveat is the beach furnishings. Typically, we spend a lot of time at the cloister at Sea Island, where beach chairs, umbrellas and towels are all taken of and provided. Saves us in dollars but more importantly, it saves us from the hassle of lugging chairs, towels, umbrellas, etc to and fro from the beach.

Great Location

The house was a great size, plenty of areas for gathering , eating, and sleeping. Just a short walk to the pool and beach. The tennis center was just around the corner.

Great Vacation Home!!!

This is a beautifully appointed home with two large gathering spaces, large bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. My family of 12 had room to spare. We will be renting again. The only negative would be the outdoor space but the lovely sunroom and large front porch more than made up for the lack of deck or patio space. Loved this home, wish I could give it 10 stars!!!

Urine odor in upstairs bathroom

When we checked in there was an overwhelming urine smell upstairs - it seemed to be most prominent in the bathroom, even though the floors are tile. The rest of the upstairs is carpet. We were able to keep windows open upstairs and the bedrooms when closed up for sleeping at night did not smell. Other than the smell, and the uncertain of what was causing the smell and the exact location of the smell. I am giving the cleanliness rating a 5 because the rest of the house was spotless and I would expect that the owner will take care of this immediately.

Lovely home in perfect location

This renovated 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is perfect for families of 10. We could easily walk to beach, swimming pools, and food and drink. But the house has comfortable bedrooms and large kitchen so everyone can gather and cook. Oh, an abundance of televisions!

This place was perfect. The neutral tones and simplistic modern decor made it very relaxing. It was also very spacious and a lot of different rooms to relax in. We will likely be staying here again! The proximity to the beach and pools were within a few minutes of the house and was no issue for the children. We used vayK gear, I highly recommend two carts if you have children, one for the smaller kids, one for gear. Overall perfect experience.

My husband and I have rented many homes in the past, but 88 Grand Pavilion is absolutely the best! The home is so inviting and comfortable and equipped with everything you would need. Never have I stayed anywhere that all the beds were so comfortable. Everyone woke up the first morning saying the same thing- the beds are awesome. Televisions in every room and two on the sun porch and program selection was excellent. The Sports Card provided access to swimming, tennis, golf, and fitness. The beach was a scenic, 3 minute walk and other amenities were very close by. The home was extremely clean and well maintained. Everyone loved our week at Wild Dunes and we shall return...

Best beach house we have ever stayed at!

This home was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in! We really enjoyed the spacious sunroom and it was great for everyone to be able to sit and eat together at the huge table! Top notch property!
