Beachy luminoso e bellissimo, completamente ristrutturato appartamento con una camera da letto di fronte all'oceano al terzo piano che può ospitare comodamente quattro persone. Appena rinnovato gennaio 2018 NUOVA moderna doccia a mosaico con soffione a pioggia. balcone privato con vista mozzafiato sull'oceano, per quanto l'occhio può vedere! cucina con ripiani in quarzo, mobili nuovi bianca croccante, sia una macchina per il caffè normale e Keurig, full size elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, accenti costiere bellissime in arredamento e nuova pavimentazione completamente attrezzata per tutto l'intero spazio condominio. Altre caratteristiche piacevoli includono WiFi personale a Sea Cabin 311, un 55 "a schermo piatto Smart HD TV a parete (con servizio HD) e lettore DVD in salotto cos�� come una TV a schermo piatto in camera da letto per maggiore comodità e convenienza. L'accesso alla spiaggia / pesca piscina molo / comunità lavanderia / complesso. 490 piedi quadrati. Biancheria inclusa. Vietato fumare. No animali.

Perfect oceanside get away

We came for a family wedding. Beachfront property was great! Great views, great pool and great access to restaurants and bars. Would suggest stocking beachtowels along with the assortment of great neachtoys!

Girls Trip

Beautiful and convenient location! It was exactly as described. We had a great time. Check-in and check-out was easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend. Do keep in mind that this is 3rd floor and there is no elevator if someone in your party is limited in managing steps.

Umm, well.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was good with the unit except the air conditioning. We got in late Friday night and went onto bed. Saturday afternoon the air conditioning began to give trouble. We called a service line and was on hold for roughly 25 to 30 minutes before speaking to someone. The representative honestly didn't seem to know what to do. But, she did get it sent over to a repair service. The company responded quickly and put freon in the unit and it began to work fine. On Sunday afternoon the unit started to give trouble again. We texted the number, went out and got dinner, and went on home later that night. We had to leave the next morning anyway. Things will happen and things will break, that's normal. I just felt like the call for service process wasn't as good as it should've been.

End of Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very good. We love IOP and the Sea Cabins. However, though the unit was nice we did encounter a smell that whole time we were there. It could be described as musty. The rental office did come and change the air conditioning filter and gave us an air purifier to use which was nice but the smell never went away. It would also be nice to get the linens (towels, washclothes) refreshed after a couple of days. With the humidity nothing could really dry. But, we had a great time and when we did encounter issues the rental office was helpful.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit that we stayed in was ok. It had be updated not too long ago and the furnishings were nice enough. The mattress was as hard as a brick, but we all have our preferences. My problem was the overall condition of the building. We have always stayed in Building B and this was our time in Building A. The building seemed to be much more worn. Exterior doors that were rusty, skylights in the ceiling as you exit the unit that leaked terribly when we had rain. Just old and worn looking.

However, the view was worth the walk.The location is excellent having private access to the beach. My wife and I were pleased to find a place where dogs were not permitted. This contributed to a quiet, relaxing stay.Aside from walks on the beach we spent a good deal of time in Charleston which is easy to reach and provides ample garage parking at a reasonable price in the old city.Island Realty provided excellent service. The booking went very smoothly.

We had a problem with TV remotes (a slight problem) it was taken care of within a half an hour. The maintenance staff was terrific. We had a beautiful relaxing quiet month.
