Questo adorabile cottage sulla spiaggia elevato ���� stato recentemente rinnovato e ampliato. Ed è proprio dall'altra parte della strada dalle bellissime spiagge dell'Isola delle Palme! La casa 2.150 piedi quadrati dispone di un full length veranda protetta, confortevole soggiorno, sala da pranzo, e una spaziosa cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici nuovi. Ci sono quattro camere da letto e il nido un affascinante del corvo che funge anche da quinta camera da letto. Ci sono due bagni, uno dei quali è nuovo di zecca e dispone di una spaziosa vasca da bagno e bella doccia. Tutto questo e una lavanderia al piano principale. Camere da letto sono due letti king-size, un letto pieno e tre letti singoli. Se stai cercando una fantastica vacanza a Isle of Palms ad un prezzo eccezionale, hai trovato la tua casa!

Unbeatable location for family

The house and layout were exactly what my family needed. The outdoor showers and foot wash were perfect for adults and the litttle ones! Right across the street from the beach and a block from a great playground. It was an amazing stay!

Great location

Property was great but could have used extra toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels for a 5 bedroom house. House had 2 rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels and 2 extra trash bags for a 5 day stay. There are also no staple pantry items stocked in the house. No aluminum foil or plastic wrap. No beach chairs.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect and the sleeping spaces accommodated all in our party. We loved the front porch and the spacious living space. It would have been nice to have one more bathroom for 8 people but we made it work.

I had dreamed of renting a home near the ocean for years. I worried the trip may not live up to my expectations. There was no reason for concern. I wanted a house that was charming and beachy and just rustic enough to feel cozy. Check! I wanted a house that offered a quick walk to the beach. Check! I wanted a house that offered the 2 families travelling together some privacy, along with places to be altogether. Check! I am very particular with the cleanliness of places I stay, so I wanted somewhere I didn't have to clean before settling in. Check! What friendly people checked me in at Island Realty! I was not at all disappointed. The entire rental experience exceeded my expectations! I would certainly come back to the same house again. It was lovely!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My extended family and I had a great time in IOP. The house was a real winner. I loved the great room for hanging out and the flow of the place. The ceiling fans kept us nice and cool and the couches and beds were all comfortable. Fitted sheets on the king sized bed would have been a real plus and some of the beach chairs were broken and rusty, but other than that, no complaints!
