Questo attraente condominio 2 camere da letto si trova al primo piano con parcheggio vicino alla porta e un piccolo patio per riporre sedie a sdraio o godersi un momento di tranquillità per te. Entrate e uscite facili senza gradini, facilità di parcheggio, facile accesso alla piscina, grill, lavanderia tutto a portata di mano e vicino alla porta. In questo condominio, la zona giorno dispone di un muro di mattoni che aggiunge carattere e ricorda che questa non è una nuova proprietà di costruzione di fantasia. È un luogo caratteristico, tranquillo e amato che molti hanno apprezzato nel corso degli anni.
Un isolato dalla spiaggia, dai negozi e da Ben & Jerry's! Convenientemente situato vicino al connettore Isle of Palms, è a breve distanza da Mt Pleasant e dal centro commerciale Towne Centre ea 25 minuti dal centro di Charleston. Ci sono molti meravigliosi ristoranti sull'isola, molti dei quali si trovano a breve distanza a piedi. Se si preferisce cucinare, questo condominio ha una cucina completa con piano cottura / forno, frigorifero di dimensioni standard, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e un complimento completo di piccoli elettrodomestici, stoviglie e utensili da cucina. Questa casa è ben arredata per tutti i tuoi familiari e amici potrebbe essere necessario per un ottimo soggiorno in spiaggia. Una fantastica vacanza al mare non �� molto più facile o conveniente di così. Si chiama Easy Breezy per una buona ragione!

The condo was very clean. There were 4 in my family who stayed here ages 9, 16, 45,48. The master has a queen bed, 2nd bed full, and pull out couch. It would've been nice to have 2 bathrooms but the one was clean and nice. It is very close to the beach with an easy short walk and the property has a small pool.. We enjoyed being able to go back and forth. We also enjoyed the restaurants and ice cream shop within a short easy walk. The condo has a full kitchen and we cooked breakfast every morning and some dinners. It had everything we needed to cook.

Would stay there again: nice access to beach and city of Charleston

We all enjoyed our stay at this rental and would consider doing so again. It had great access to the beach, just a block away and easy walk. The parking was plentiful and driving into Charleston was nice. The unit was clean and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking tools, though I'm glad that I brought our familiar knife and cutting board, along with a preferred pots and skillets. The coffee machine that was there can brew or use k-cups; I used it once, but mostly used my cold-brew kit from home. There were lots of ice trays in the freezer, and the fridge worked well. There's a nice hose and sprayer by the pool to wash off sand. The pool is small, but looked nice; I don't think any of us used it. Check-in and communication with the property manager was nice and easy. The morning after we arrived, a kitchen bulb had blown, so I texted the manager. She got back with me soon after and had it fixed while we were away, providing plenty of updates. We also loved the electronic locks, so we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach. There's only one bathroom, which worked fine for our family of five. However, people have to walk through the galley-style kitchen in order to reach the bathroom and master bedroom. It gets a little hectic when meals are being prepared and kids are walking to and from the bathroom. There's a tv in living room, as well as the back bedroom, though they only have basic cable and no streaming. I wish that I had brought my Shield w/ Google TV, as we could have utilized our streaming subscriptions. I highly recommend bringing a streaming stick, such as chromecast or Roku. Not only did we get our fill of commercials while watching tv, but I wish that I could have shown my family YouTube videos orienting us to historical parts of Charleston. We saw some nice sunrises. At this time sunrise was around 7:20am and leaving the condo at 7am provided plenty of time to see it peak over the horizon; just be sure to walk to the left of the pier for a clear view. Also, boogie boards don't seem to work well on this stretch of beach that we were on; perhaps it was due to lower tide, but there was a sand dune that interupted the flow. It was still fun in the water.

We enjoyed staying here. Beth, the property manager was very attentive, and made sure our stay was great. The condo is cute, and definitely close to everything you need... the beach is just a few minutes away if you walk. We would stay here again!

Such a cute little beach condo!

We loved our stay here in the Isle of Palms. The condo was very updated & clean, plus in such a great location!! Walking distance to the beach (& ice cream!) plus very close to downtown and all that Charleston has to offer. Beth was very friendly & made herself reachable to us if we needed anything. We will definitely be back!
