    Family home- Elizabeth's Cottage

    This beach house has been in our family for over 50 years and through 4 generations. We hope you will make amazing memories like we have in this house and on this beach.

    The house is located one block from two different beach paths. You can take 21st Ave Beach path or 23rd.
    Location is just blocks away from the front beach, restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. A short drive to the marina to grab lunch, fishing supplies, or walk alongside the water. House is 10 minutes to the heart of Mt. Pleasant, 10 minutes to Sullivan's Island, and 25 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston.

    The house can occupy 4 adults and 2 children. There are 2 Queen size beds and 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, Keurig, plates, silverware, ect. Beach towels and sand toys are provided as you head to the beach for the day.

    Our favorite part of the house is relaxing on the screened in porch in the rocking chairs, listening to the ocean or spending quality time with one another on our quiet street. Spend time in the fenced in back yard underneath the beautiful oak tree.

Informazioni sulla zona

Questa casa vacanze si trova a Isola delle Palme e vanta una posizione strategica vicino alla spiaggia. A livello naturalistico, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono Isle of Palms Beach e Front Beach. Altre due tappe assolutamente da non perdere sono Patriots Point e USS Yorktown. Credit One Stadium ospita spesso eventi sportivi e spettacoli, e forse dovresti mettere in programma di visitare anche South Carolina Aquarium, una delle attrazioni irrinunciabili del posto. Buttati in acqua e mettiti alla prova con una delle tante discipline sportive della zona, tra cui moto d'acqua, kayak e parasailing. Excellent home in a perfect location! Very clean and fully equipped! Easy walk to the beach and having chairs, games, and towels provided made it so nice! Screened in porch was a heavenly spot for a peaceful morning coffee or a nightcap before bed! The backyard was huge and had the most beautiful old tree. Would have really loved some backyard seating options to enjoy it fully, but I just sat in the beach chairs! Great stay and will definitely be back!

Summer Vacation

We love Isle of Palms and this was the perfect spot to kick off summer! Location was great - very short walk to the beach. Everything was clean and just the right size for our small family. We would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and accommodating host. IOP was beautiful. We celebrated the 85th birthday of our Aunt who has mobility issues. The city has sand wheelchairs available and she was able to get in the ocean.

Short visit for wedding in Charleston

Very nice house. We were there for our granddaughter's wedding in Charleston so we didn't spend a lot of time there. Travel to and from Charleston was easy.

We had a great time at the cottage! Overall, a very pleasant stay with great access to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen and bath amenities left a little to be desired but otherwise we were very pleased.

Old friend meet up

Warm and friendly home. Very easy check in and great communication from the owner. Everything was clean and tidy with very close access to the beach. This place was perfect for us to catch up around the kitchen table and share many laughs. We all had a great time.

Perfect little cottage!

The location of this cottage is perfect. Super close to the beach and a short walk to the rec center, which has a wonderful playground and two very nice pickleball courts! Would love to stay here again sometime!!
