This location was close to the beach along with the shops and restaurants. The home definitely needs an upgrade.

Rental House Needs Cleaning!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First impressions are important, right? The front door, paint it! Discolored and shabby looking! The entire left light blue wall that runs down the living area and kitchen, paint it! Dirty! The furniture in the living room, visible dirty! Clean it. The kitchen needs an entire upgrade, but it useable. We slept on the master king bed. They’ve added. 2” piece of foam. It was okay. Didn’t cause me any back issues, but housekeeping did NOT put a mattress cover it! It was actually turned upside down underneath the e foam topper. The box springs had a mattress cover on it. Thankfully, I brought my own pillow it I would have not felt like I was protected from other peoples germs. Housekeeping did fine cleaning the ok e before our arrival. We always enjoy the beach at IOP, and will return. But, won’t stay here until a deep cleaning and kitchen upgrade are made. Location to beach was great, but road noise is an issue. Bring something for background noise.

There was a hiccup with one of the bedrooms but the management company came out the next morning and took care of the issue. The furniture could stand to be replaced as it has some excessive stains.Excellent location. Nice pool.

Need to know the dishwasher needs cleaning it wasn't running properly and had a bad smell. Also the dryer lint filter couldn't be removed properly. Piece of metal bent inside.

Great Location for Families

Walking distance to beach, grocery store and restaurants. The home comes with everything you need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space in living room and kitchen to entertain. Love the deck to sit out in morning feel the ocean breeze. The only downside that was very disappointing was the dirty floors. My baby was on floor for 5 minutes and her legs were filthy. We had to wet mop the rooms. Underneath the carpet in living room was a lot of sand. The living room is in serious need of a repaint.

The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable, and all the bathrooms were nicely updated. It was a short walk to the beach as well as the grocery store and Co-op for Frose! Island Realty was great and even texted to let us know the property was available an hour earlier than we anticipated.

Isle of Paradise!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property because at the last minute, the property that we have been renting for the past 5 years or so had some maintenance issues and wasn’t available. It was quite comfortable and very satisfactory. We had a couple of maintenance issues but Island Realty very promptly came to the rescue. A couple of negatives: The kitchen was lacking in a few basic items and we had to wash some dishes and wipe out some drawers before using. The furniture could use a steam clean. But on the whole, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property.

It slept us all comfortably & we enjoyed many meals in the kitchen. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week at 4 Ocean Court was agreat week. Except for a few rain shower only one day was all day. Our house serve us well we had 5 adults and5 children 1 year old a two year old a6 year old and a13 and a 15 year old All had fun with a 5 minute walk to the beach or the pool and only a 10 minute walk to the town. Easy access to the bridge to go to near by stores and recreation fun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying in this house. Lots of fun memories. We just have one (but big ) complaint. The master bed mattress is not comfortable. A mattress topper has been placed on the queen size mattress; however, it is not as large as the mattress so it is like sleeping on a full size bed. The ideal bed in that room would be a king size bed. That would be heavenly. It was cold, windy and rainy most of the week. We managed to get wedding planning done and had good family time.

I love the improvements..the opening to the deck. Fun porch rockers. The addition of the 4rh bedroom. The extra bath with pocket doors. The coffee pot was broken. Island Realty promptly replaced it. The only negative I have to say is theMaster bathroom bed is very uncomfortable. We are planning to return , however.
