Una bellissima perla potrebbe sorprenderti quando aprirai un'ostrica, ma troverai sempre una bella vacanza aprendo la porta a "The Pearl", presso 311 Summer House. Questo meraviglioso condominio di fronte all'oceano, con tre camere da letto e tre bagni, ha recentemente subito un'estesa ristrutturazione, il che è incredibile per capire che era già molto speciale! Nessuna stanza del condominio era intatta! Alcuni dei punti salienti della ristrutturazione includono:

• Tutti i nuovi pavimenti in tutto il condominio.
• Ci sono due nuove master suite, ognuna con bagni aggiornati e con letti king size.
• Vernice fresca in tutta la casa.
• Rimozione dei soffitti popcorn.
• Molti miglioramenti della cucina, compresi i piani di lavoro rigidi.
• Tutti i nuovi letti con arredamento allegro mare.
• Nuova sedia a dondolo sul ponte fronte oceano.
• Tutte le nuove decorazioni a tema spiaggia in condominio.
• Infine, un nuovo divano e accenti salotto.

Everything was very nice except no coffee pot! The machine was there but no pot. We arrived Friday afternoon and upon discovering no pot, immediately called rental service. They said they would try and get it there that afternoon so we could have coffee the next day but did not. I had to call again the next morning and no one knew about it. We did get a coffee maker later that morning.

A beautiful spot. Steps from the beach. We enjoyed sunrise each morning. The pool are was relaxing. Our rental gave everyone space to relax and recharge. We will be back again.

We enjoyed our time. Great location with a breach view. Overall place was clean. One bedroom, the sheets smelled musty and our little one has allergies so we had to wash everyone in that room right away. Otherwise the condo was clean. Kitchen is well stocked, would be nice to have few more plastics are options for families. TV in master bedroom would not work, was not set up but others worked and didn’t impact our stay. We really liked the beach and short walk. Also the credit to get beach chairs etc is a huge bonus. Great place.

The location of the property and the Wild Dunes was lovely. We have been staying in the Wild Dunes resort for over 15 years. Though the home was a good size and fit our needs the description did not fit the reality. The description was "newly renovated". Unfortunately it was anything but. There was mold on the sheets and bathrooms which we took pictures of and alerted the management about. Considering this time of Covid this is not acceptable. The refrigerator kept on leaking which required us to empty multiple times. As a result our food spoiled. The garbage disposal did not work as well. We alerted the management team on multiple occasions. They did respond however the timing of their maintenance man arrived the day before we were leaving. After returning home we continued to send emails to the management company. They did not respond to our emails or phone message to rectify the situation that equaled our disappointment. Although a small compensation was offered we were disappointed that they took this matter lightly. The cost of the property did not reflect what we were given. For the long awaited reunion we were disappointed with the facility. However despite the home we had a wonderful time and made some lasting memories.

Beautiful place!!! Clean except dusty/hairy floors along the edges of rooms. Bit of a catastrophe with security code on the door - more my fault than anything. However, the answering service provided told me the office opened the next morning at nine am. I asked if I was to sleep on the sidewalk then. The local girl on call was much more pleasant and helpful. Would rent again.

We loved this house and it was perfect for social distancing with 3 sisters since we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was also nice having the beach and the pool option. Beautiful home for sure

Great location in Wild Dunes. Third floor, end unit, nice beach view and pool view. Layout worked great for grand parents and parents having ocean view king rooms and third bedroom for kids.

Area was not crowded, which is what we were looking for. If not for the pandemic we would have taken more advantage of the proximity to Charkeston. Maybe next time.

The condo was nice, short walk to the beach. They only bad thing was the elevator broke on the second day of our 7 day stay and we had to carry everything up and down 3 flights of stairs. It was hard for my 75 yr old mother and having to carry tents and chairs and all the kid stuff to the beach. I also don’t like the gate access/checkpoint. I have family and friends that live in Mt Pleasant and it was hard for them to come and go.

The location of the condo was great. It was high enough for good views, on the end of the complex so you only share one wall, great proximity to the pool, and not a bad walk to the water. If you play golf you are close to the practice facility which I thought was great. Kitchen was more than we needed as we ate out most meals. We will look at booking this property again next year.

Condo is clean, comfortable, and spacious. We had a great view of the pool and the ocean. Quick and convenient walk to the beach also. We really enjoyed our stay.
