Words cannot convey what it's like to stay in this large LUXURY BEACH home equipped w/ all that you need to create fun family memories. Steps to BEACH. No roads to cross to access this residential, quiet part of the island. Beware that in addition to the BEACH, the house has so much to offer that you may be contented to just stay 'home'! Rainy day? No worries!

Grand kitchen built to accomodate a large happy family. Bar seating for 8. Table seating for 10. Subzero fridge. Wolf stovetop. Kitchenaid ice maker. Massive granite countertops & 2 dishwashers! Whole house water filtration & special UV filters in the AC system keep the air & water pure. Elevator from garage to top floor helps get your groceries to the top floor kitchen/living area or eases the steps for Grandma. Countless sq footage of porches, both screened & unscreened w/ comfortable couches offer additional 'outdoor living rooms'. Watch the kids play in the pool (located on 1st floor deck screened porch) while you relax on comfy outdoor couches, shaded from the sun.

The house is so large that we are closing off 2 of our own private bedrooms & you are still left with 6 bedrooms plus a basement rec room w/ TV & couch that converts to Calif King - could be an extra bedroom although we are not counting it as that. There are 5 full baths. The house is a reverse floor plan with living area on top.

Bedrooms on first floor include : #1 King. (w/ bath & private porch leading to courtyard as well as pool) #2 Queen adjacent to #3 Queen (note, this is a small room w/ custom built queen Murphy that sleeps like regular bed - built in light & nightstand complete the custom furnishing that our grandchildren love!) These 2 bedrooms share a full bath w/ 2 sinks. Laundry is on the 1st floor. The pool & lovely porch (outdoor living room) is also on this level.

On the 2nd floor is the massive living/kitchen/dining area that leads to wrap around porches with gas grill, couches, 2 outdoor dining tables. Also on the 2nd floor are 3 more bedrooms each w/ adjoining private baths. These top for bedrooms include: Bedroom #4 with queen. Bedroom #5 w/ queen sleeper. Bedroom #6 takes some explanation. We converted it to a Media Room w/ a crazy large TV & sound system & added a massive couch called a Kova Pit for everyone to gather (if you aren't watching the big TV in the living room or out on the many porches). The Kova Pit is bigger than a King bed. So - this room can be kept as a media room OR converted to a King+ bed (we add a king foam mattress topper and turn the 'pit' into a king plus bed if more sleeping space is needed (just let us know).

The house is great for biking, so head to the garage & pick from the many bikes included. Head right or left on the beach for miles of unobstructed running or walking. There is an exercise bike for those so inclined along with FoosBall & PingPong. The fenced in courtyard is great to enjoy CornHole or Croquet (also included). Be sure to shower off in the garage outdoor shower before coming into the house please!

Tired & sore after playing too hard? No problem -- there is a massage chair on each floor! Just lay back & let it do its thing.

And... head up the step to the very top deck -- yet another place to relax & unwind! This is the perfect spot to watch the morning & nighttime skies or just chill out -- way up in the air on the 3rd floor of this raised beach home.

We strongly prefer no pets. If you have a special need we will consider exceptions on case by case basis with a fee.

Absolutely no smoking allowed in the house or on the porches please.

Golf cart can be rented for additional fee of $400 per week.
We do require the maximal security insurance policy that VRBO offers and kindly ask that you respect the property as your own.
