  • Welcome to 22 Linkside Villa, where you'll find yourself overlooking the breathtaking views of the marsh and 15th green of the Links Golf Course in Wild Dunes. This beautifully appointed townhome features a well-equipped Kitchen, High ceilings, Shiplap accents, and a secluded screened porch.

    Includes 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The primary suite has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with stand alone tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities. Step onto your private porch and start your day with a cup of coffee and great views. Up a small flight of stairs from the living space is guest room with a queen bed and attached bathroom with doors to both the room or hallway. An additional guest room has 2 twin beds and ensuite bathroom.

    Located on Isle of Palms, within the gated community of Wild Dunes Resort. This area has lots to offer including world-renowned golf, tennis, dining, miles of bike paths, and beautiful beaches. Linkside villas features a community pool, tennis, and pickleball courts. Beach access is about a half a mile away or a 10 minute walk.

    All reservations receive $250 credit with VayK Life (3-21 nights) to put toward renting beach gear, bike, etc!

    Wireless internet is provided to the property. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service

    PLEASE NOTE: Pool is closed off seasons from November - April 1st. No pets are allowed. No smoking is permitted. Garage access is available. Full size washer and dryer. Linens and towels provided. MUST be 25 years or older to book, NO exceptions.

    *IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be completed by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.

The host was great! Clean, lovely decorated home! The Links pool is really great, has lots of shade and by pickleball courts. The beach access was kind of confusing, but we ended up driving everyone to get out at Port-of-call condos, but you can't park there! Wild Dunes is kind of quiet and great to ride bikes, but it's not around all of the IOP hooplah. Golfer's paradise!

This home was incredibly clean and orderly. We had a wonderful stay. A few things that would have made our stay more comfortable was curtains or blinds in rooms. The primary suite had sheers with no blinds which was beautiful for sunset but difficult when falling asleep. The mattress was also very old and uncomfortable. I would recommend this home for couples or families with older children but not with young children because you need to be cautious with multiple stairs, decor and no beach access.

The condo was very nice and clean. We chose this location because we wanted to be near the beach/pool and also close enough to visit Historic Charleston. It is a 2 minute walk to the pool & about a 10 minute walk to the beach and about a 45 minute drive to Historic Charleston. Beach chairs, a cart, & a beach cover were also in the garage which was very convenient. Our bed was hard, and after four nights, I was a bit disgruntled. The owners were made aware and hopefully that will be changed out for the future. Also, the maintenance man was very kind when he came by for some minor repairs. The rental company did have someone come by that knocked and quickly unlocked the door before my husband could get to the door, so beware of that.

Newly renovated property in great shape…

Beautiful, recent total renovations meant that the property was in excellent condition, kitchen utensils all there and in top condition. A shower door was off the tracks but the repair was made within a few hours of our reporting it. The pool was closed, with no explanation, for an evening and full day, which was frustrating but having the tennis/pickleball courts nearby was very nice. Backing to the marsh and golf course made for scenic views out of the windows. The great room could use a few lamps, as well as the upstairs bedroom. It was quite hot several days in the great room with temps up in the 90s.
