Welcome to 303 D Port O Call, your completely remodeled penthouse with stunning ocean views from every room! This stylish space offers a modern, yet rustic beachy feel throughout the interior. Views spans throughout the foyer, screened porch, loft, and the private rooftop balcony.

Whip up a meal in the modern chefs’ kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, appliances, cookery. Enjoy a meal in the dining room with views of the resort golf course. The spiral staircase leads you to our sleeping loft area with full sized bed providing another great private sleeping area. In addition, your own private 4th floor balcony which provides a Birdseye view of the beach and beautiful, lush property. An oversized luxury sectional sofa comfortably sleeps two for additional accommodations. Step outside the new sliding doors to the screened porch, complete with patio furniture to enjoy the ocean breeze while overlooking the beach.

This condo has been updated with every detail in mind for your comfort and convenience. The completely remodeled bathroom features a walk-in tile shower, quartz countertop, toilet. The washer/dryer, A/C, heat pump, and water heater (with a hot water booster to ensure you don’t run out of hot water) are all new. ALL furnishings are brand new and upscale, including king sized bed, Casper mattress, Sofa, TV’s, Full-size loft bed, and more!

303 D Port O Call is an oceanfront community located in Wild Dunes; an exclusive, gated resort located on Isle of Palms. Guests have free access to a private pool and grill for cooking out. There is elevator access as well as stairs to the entrance. A beach cart is provided to bring your gear to the beach and pool, as well as multiple beach chairs, beach & pool toys for the kids. Everything you need for a peaceful, comfortable, relaxing, and memorable vacation awaits at 303 D Port O Call!

Additional Amenities Include:

• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.
• For stays of 4-28 nights, guests are offered a $250 beach gear credit to be used for beach chairs, umbrella, or bikes, making it easy to spend long days on the shore.

*Home Truths:*
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Port O Call pool is open year round but not heated.
- There is a community grill available.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Port o Call pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.

*Parking Details:*
- There are two parking spots available.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

My husband and I enjoyed our two week escape to Isle of Palm. The house was perfectly positioned to have views of the ocean and access to the pool and Wild Dunes. Kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom and bathroom were modern and comfy.

Poor or late comms with property manager. ‘Call host” is wrong number or not applicable/no response. No iron or extra blankets. Kitchen is well provisioned and the unit is beautiful. Beautiful views. Second bed is not a full bedroomBut pull out bed in a loft. No privacy

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo. The views were breathtaking from both levels. The clean boho decor was beautiful and fun. The Christmas tree was on when we arrived which as a nice surprise. I love to cook and appreciated the quality utensils and cookware.

We loved staying at this property! Great location!! Very well decorated and had everything we needed! Loved sitting out on the screened in porch watching the ocean and ate quite a few meals there as well! We actually did a little star gazing on the top deck!

Beautifully decorated home! Met and exceeded our expectations. Another bonus was the short walk to the beach. The view of the beach along with the sound of the surf allowed for a relaxing vacation. Look forward to booking this condo again!
