Oceanfront 7 camere da letto BEACH HOUSE

La nostra BEACH HOUSE all'806 Ocean Boulevard è direttamente sull'oceano. Puoi sentire le onde dalle stanze anteriori. Abbiamo appena finito di ridipingere dentro e fuori. La grande sala e le camere sono state ridecorate. Questa è una casa sulla spiaggia per famiglie numerose. La grande sala è a due livelli con finestre sopra per darti una sensazione di SPIAGGIA anche mentre sei dentro. La casa è molto aperta con molta luce. C'è molto spazio anche per i grandi gruppi di stare insieme senza la sensazione di essere affollati.
La posizione è ideale Sei 2 isolati di facile spiaggia a piedi da cibo, bevande, gelati, negozi e videogiochi. Tuttavia, sei abbastanza lontano da qualsiasi parcheggio pubblico che la spiaggia di fronte alla casa è limitata agli occupanti delle case e non ai turisti. Non è mai affollato.


C'è un letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale di fronte all'oceano e una regina nella camera fronte oceano di fronte. C'è una regina nella camera da letto sul lato della strada con un bagno tra le due camere da letto.
Al piano superiore ci sono due camere da letto su ogni lato con un soppalco e bagni tra le camere da letto su ciascun lato. Sul fronte dell'oceano c'è un re da un lato e un re con un divano letto doppio per i bambini dall'altro. Sul lato della strada c'è una camera da letto con 3 letti singoli e una camera con 2 letti a castello e un letto singolo. C'è un divano letto nel soppalco di collegamento.

Il ponte inferiore è coperto dalla protezione dal sole e dalla pioggia. Questo mazzo ha due set di tavolo e sedie per mangiare fuori o un cocktail all'aperto. Ci sono due ponti aperti al largo delle camere da letto fronte oceano per prendere il sole privato.

Tieni presente che durante la bassa stagione (gennaio, febbraio, marzo) puoi affittare questa proprietà per $ 950 a notte e goderti l'oceano! La tua festa non ha bisogno di riempire ogni camera da letto per godere di questa proprietà! Pensa a 3 camere da letto anziché a 7 ed è un vero affare rispetto a stare in centro! Godere!

Beautiful place to stay if you want to wake up to ocean waves and the sunrise. Large deck overlooking the ocean - great place to have morning coffee. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend!!

The most INCREDIBLE stay! Just what my friends and I needed. Right on the beach, clean, bright, and just down the block from the nightlife. Cannot recommend this place enough! Already looking to come back! Gus was so kind and responsive, allowed us to check in early and was only a quick message away the whole trip. THANK YOU for the best experience!!!

My fiancée and I had some friends stay with us here. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and then some. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and bars if that’s something you are interested in. The home owner was very responsive and was very helpful making accommodations for us when needed. The only thing about the house was that we preplanned where everyone was going to be sleeping but one of the rooms that had two bunk beds in the listing were broken down into two bedrooms with three beds. Otherwise, I highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Our family has several aunts/uncles turning 60 and several cousins turning 30 this year, so a group did the bridge in celebration of all the “big” birthdays. This house is great for a large family gathering! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and the view of the ocean is amazing! It’s well equipped for any of your needs and the location is perfect! I highly recommend it !

The house worked perfect for our large group. Sitting on the porch with the breeze was wonderful. This is an older home with upgrades. Has the charm of old and new. We loved our week! Need to stay longer next time.

We had 13 adults and 3 children. The layout of this house was perfect. Plenty of communal area to not feel crowded. It has a great view of the beach and was just steps away. Plenty of parking also. I was a little hesitant to rent after reading some of the earlier reviews but so glad I went ahead and booked. We all thought this was the best house we have stayed at. I will be honest, there were some issues that need to be addressed such as electrical lights but this wasn't really an issue for us. It is not the most luxurious but you can tell they have made updates and it is very nice. Yes, the outside is a little run down but who cares as long as there are no safety issues. Unless you are super picky and hard to please, you will like this house. You can also walk to some restaurants and ice cream shop.

Definitely a good location!!! Beach, walking distance to restaurants & bars. House is no frills. Could use a good coat of paint, upgrade garbage disposal, new grill is needed as lighter doesn’t work & maybe a couch that is comfortable to sit on.

We really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the house was roomy & comfortable for our large family. Had all the amenities that we needed. It’s a bit older house, so wear & tear is expected & acceptable. Inside was great. The outside of the house could use some attention. The grounds were somewhat grown up. A little pressure washing would make a huge difference. Overall, we would pick this house again. Beach access was wonderful. Thank you for helping us make more family memories.

The location is fabulous - the house needs numerous repairs. Of the 4 lightbulbs in the living room fan - only 1 was present. 2 of 4 bulbs in the bathroom were burnt out, the rails on the deck loose, rust was running from the window frames, holes in the wall where hooks use to be (they were laying in the room), doors don't close, bedroom carpets need cleaned, outdoor shower has 'mushy' boards, stair rails were not attached, etc. The outdoor approach was full of weeds, and the pillars are rotting. This is not worth the fees we were charged. The instructions to get into the house are not accurate. An attempt to reach the property manager resulted in an 'error page' so there was no way to reach them. To top it off, we lost a diamond ring in the house. Please advise if it's found in the cleaning process.

The house location was ideal and we loved being right on the beach. It accommodated our large family well. It was nice having a basket of beach towels which we used frequently. We loved the setup upstairs. It gave our adult children and their families their own space and bathrooms. The seating in the common area worked well. As for any concerns, the mattress/box spring in the master bedroom was broken resulting in the side of the mattress closest to the bathroom sloping downward. It would have been nice to have had dish towels to clean up the kitchen and a larger supply of dishwasher and hand soap. We did try to reach out to Gus about this but did not receive a reply during our stay. The interior looked to be recently renovated and was very comfortable. The outside needs some maintenance but this did not affect our stay. Overall we had a great experience.

The description of the property states: “We have just finished repainting inside and out. The great room and bedrooms have been redecorated.” However, the paint was peeling off of the steps and porch and there was a rusty nail protruding on one of the steps. The steps were also mildewed. The door sill was falling apart, there was a crack in the bottom of the door and the door itself was badly in need of painting on the outside. On the inside, the area around the door knob was black with grime. I personally scrubbed it down, as well as cleaned the hand rail leading upstairs. It was filthy. The walls were scraped and dirty. They did not look as though they had been painted recently or even in the last year. The furniture was beat up and not clean. Some of the chairs were cracked and compromised. The carpets were stained and the wooden floors were scraped, scarred and filthy. There is no way this house could be described as “decorated.” The furniture was mismatched and beat up. The location is fantastic and if the house is ever renovated, it would be a great place.

Great location. On the beach and near shopping. Perfect layout for a family reunion. Bathrooms and appliances are new.. Could use some fresh paint and new flooring but he is working on upgrading the windows and doors. Very responsive.

Older house and grounds in need of some paint and updating however bathrooms were recently updated. Plenty of room for the 20 of us and our active group. Reported to owner that maid cleaning service was poor so hopefully he will address that. Several had complaints about the mattresses but overall about 4 stars.
