OCEANFRONT, condominio completamente aggiornato in Shipwatch- Pool and Playground

Benvenuti al 323D Shipwatch nel Wild Dunes Resort.  Questo condominio al terzo piano ha tre camere da letto, tre bagni e una splendida vista sull'oceano. Il complesso Shipwatch ha anche una grande piscina, un ponte di osservazione e un'area giochi per bambini.

Il condominio ha una pianta aperta con pavimento completamente rinnovato con pavimenti in legno e un'atmosfera costiera pulita e contemporanea.  La zona giorno contiene una grande TV a schermo piatto con lettore DVD e si apre sull'incredibile balcone con vista sull'oceano. La sala da pranzo, che fa parte dell'ampio spazio di vita aperto, dispone di posti a sedere per quattro persone. C'è un bar della cucina che ospita ulteriori 3 sgabelli da bar. La splendida cucina illuminata ha ripiani in granito, mobili moderni e nuovi elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile.  La cucina è dotata di pentole e accessori di qualità superiore.

La bella master suite è arredata con un letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto con cavo e lettore DVD.  Questa camera ha accesso diretto al balcone con vista sull'oceano. L'ampio bagno padronale privato, rinnovato, ha una grande doccia in vetro e doppio lavabo.

La seconda camera da letto contiene un letto matrimoniale, una TV via cavo) e un bagno privato con combinazione doccia e vasca. La terza camera ha due letti full-size, TV via cavo e un bagno privato, che condividono l'accesso al corridoio adiacente.

Back again

We stayed at this condo last year and were delighted to come back again. It’s a perfect setup to have our three kids in one bedroom and my parents in the other. It’s a very nice property, nestled in the back of Wild Dunes. Although Isle of Palms was bustling with people in town for Memorial Weekend, it was quiet and relaxed around the condo. The beach wasn’t crowded. The pool was clean. We found starfish and live sand dollars when the tide went out. We come to IOP every year and it never disappoints.

Ladies beach trip

There were 3 of us who met for a ladies beach trip. The condo and location were very nice, but one issue did ruin our whole week. The safety strips on the tub floor in one of the guest bathrooms had worn off and there was no safety mat. The friend using that bathroom slipped in the shower and broke her hip. She had to have total hip replacement at a local hospital. All 3 of us were at the hospital all week and did not get to enjoy the beach. It was a terrible way to spend a vacation and we wasted a lot of money. This needs to be fixed before it happens again! I will call on Monday.

Great location and the communication was great

The condo was clean. We had problems with the bed slants in the master BR. We called and they came and fixed the bed in a timely matter. The master Bathroom has molded on the ceiling and the vent is covered in molded. The air filter needs to be changed.

Family Vacation

Very nice property. Disappointed when we arrived that the refrigerator and freezer needed to be cleaned. There were some light bulbs burned out, but overall it was a nice place and great location.

Beautiful area!

We had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the ocean view and easy access to the beach. Wild Dunes is a beautiful development. Plenty of walk/bike paths. We would like to visit again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was clean, had a nice layout, great views of the ocean, easy and direct access to the beach, covered parking, and had some extra thoughtful amenities such as board games and puzzles. We visit Charleston/IOP/Wild Dunes annually and truly enjoyed our stay at this property. One small suggestion would be an upgrade on the shower head in the front Queen bedroom to one that is adjustable. We did also notice that that front bedrooms were considerably warmer than the main living area and primary bedroom. The ceiling fans in those rooms did help though. We look forward to our next visit to the Charleston area and would definitely consider staying at this property again!

This was the perfect home base for an amazing wedding weekend!

Large, spacious unit…close proximity to both pool and beach boardwalk. Decorated with a warm and cozy beach theme. A great experience was had by the entire family and look forward to rebooking for future visits to Isle of Palm.

Comfy with Beach View

Our 3rd floor condo was clean, comfy and convenient. It had a great balcony view of the beach and nice open layout. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and handy. One day of our stay was hindered by some power washing that closed the elevator but was open again later in the day. We would use the resort again!

Great property and community. Can't wait to visit again!

The property and the community at wild dunes was amazing. We loved the easy access to the beach and the condo had everything we needed. If there is a complaint, it's a small one. The shower curtain on the 3rd bathroom (with a tub) was quite moldy. Aside from this small thing, we loved everything.

Good view.

View was good. Rooms were clean, but master bedroom had a yellow stain on mattress cover. Should have been replaced if stain could not be removed. Other than that, nice condo.
